Pros:

Excellent emplacement au cœur de la ville. Accès facile à la vieille ville, au centre d'affaires, aux musées, etc.
Chambre confortable, spacieuse, calme.

Cons:

Uniquement des petites choses: le thé n'était pas renouvelé les premiers jours, il y avait une odeur d'égouts dans les WCs mais avec une ventilation celle-ci a disparu; le coffre ne marchait pas; pas de chaines TV en anglais.

Good location, bad smell
Pros:

The location was great and the room looked nice. Appreciated the coffee machine, and the cafe breakfast.

Cons:

There was a bad smell. I told about this through the Whatsapp chat, nothing happened. No solutions were offered, nor a discount.
