Cons:

Sala zabaw dla dzieci to żart - jest malutka, zjeżdżalnie nie są dostosowane dla dzieci, są bardzo źle wyprofilowane
Zimna woda w basenie, zero kółek czy innych gadżetów na basenie dla dzieci. Hotel, który reklamuje się jako rodzinny, a tak naprawdę animacji jest bardzo mało, basen nie jest dostosowany dla dzieci.
Śniadania są bardzo skromne, codziennie to samo i mały wybór.
Obsługa przeklinająca głośno przy klientach na nadmiar obowiązków.

Weekend spędzony w obiekcie był prezentem urodzinowym dla mnie i mojego chłopaka. Niestety, mimo wcześniejszej prośby skierowanej do hotelu, nie została przygotowana żadna symboliczna niespodzianka z tej okazji.

Dodatkowo, mimo że był to weekend poza sezonem, nie było możliwości wcześniejszego zameldowania się, co przy tego typu wyjazdach byłoby dużym udogodnieniem.

Otrzymaliśmy pokój na parterze z widokiem na parking, co sprawiało, że prywatność była mocno ograniczona – osoby przechodzące obok mogły bez problemu zaglądać do środka.

Dodatkowym minusem była niesprawna spłuczka w toalecie, przez co woda cały czas się lała. Problem został zgłoszony telefonicznie (ponieważ telefon pokojowy nie działał), jednak reakcja obsługi nastąpiła dopiero po dłuższym czasie.

Wykupiliśmy pakiet z pełnym wyżywieniem, jednak nie spełnił on naszych oczekiwań. Potrawy były dość suche, a na około godzinę przed końcem serwowania zarówno kolacji, jak i śniadania, brakowało już części dań, które nie były uzupełniane.

Na minus zasługuje również organizacja strefy basenowej i saun – w niedzielę czynna jest tylko do godziny 20:00, a w poniedziałek otwierana dopiero od 12:00, co praktycznie uniemożliwia komfortowe skorzystanie z niej przy krótszym pobycie.

Game room to ciekawa inicjatywa, jednak panuje tam duża duchota. Dodatkowo o godzinie 23:00 wyłączane jest światło oraz automatycznie wszystkie urządzenia, co w praktyce oznacza konieczność poruszania się w całkowitej ciemności – rozwiązanie to wydaje się mało komfortowe i potencjalnie niebezpieczne.

Podsumowując, nie polecam tego obiektu osobom szukającym spokojnego i romantycznego miejsca na wyjazd dla par.

Perfect resort for a family stay
Pros:

We stayed in a huge family apartment, so much room for us (2 adults and 2 children) everything all within a 2 minute walk.

Cons:

Very small tv for the room size, and some minor repairs/upgrades needed (at least in our apartment c7/5)
