The location was great, but we were a bit disappointed with the extremely soft mattresses. We even asked at the reception if they had any firmer ones, but were told that the entire complex uses the same type of mattress. Breakfasts were nice, and despite the large number of guests, the staff managed to keep everything well-stocked. The wellness area was great as well, but it’s a shame that although it’s supposed to be open until 10:00 PM, the staff started rushing us out at 9:49 PM — even though it would have only taken us one more minute to leave.I was also surprised that parking is charged separately and not included in the price of the stay.

I spend there two nights. The surrounding is interesting. Hotel has a potential but it isn't hotel but resort. You can spend it a few days, maybe weekend but not more. The good time are behind him. Good breakfast. There is swimming pool and saun. The crowded place.

Nettes Personal, sehr schöne und saubere Ferienwohnungen. Die Anlage ist kinderfreundlich -Kinderpool, Indoorspielplatz, Sandspielplatz etc.
Pool und Sauna sind sehr sauber bis bis 22:00 offen. Besuch mit Kindern ist bis 20:00 erlaubt.

If you want to experience discotheque - go ahead.
Sunday morning extremly noisy water sports. No feeling for people who want to live in a quiet village.
Please try to find another vacation place or stick to quietness.

Wir waren als Familie zum zweiten Mal dort mit Kindern 1 und 3 Jahre. Die Unterkunft ist gepflegt und für polnische Verhältnisse instand gehalten.

Eltern müssen unbedingt auf kleine Kinder achten! Die Mitarbeiter mit örtlichen Kennzeichen und Firmenwagen fahren sehr schnell, trotz Spielstraßenschilder. Absolute Katastrophe.

In unseren Apartment war eine Kabel der Nachttischlampe beschädigt, Lebensgefahr trotz Fi-Schalter. Unsere Stehlampe hatte einen Wackelkontakt am Schalter, hier besteht Brandgefahr. Rauchmelder gibt es keine.

Die Vorhänge sind Licht und Sichtdurchlässig.
Kinder schlafen schlecht ein und sind früh wach..

Die Fußabtreter des Apartments und im Eingang sind super dreckig gewesen und mit Tierhaaren übersehen. Hoffentlich gibt es hierfür einen separaten Staubsauger..

Die Anlage ist schön, mit einigen weiteren Details wäre sie perfekt.

Das Preisleistungsverhältniss ist okay.
Wir werden wieder kommen.

I bought 2 vouchera for two couples for our anniversaries. Hotel prepared for us 2 single beds! After asking for exchange we got little rooms but with marriage bed. In a meantime the cleaning lady came in without knocking!
Amazing. We have beed here few years ago, the service was excellent. Now it is poor. Nothing to recommend.

Abgewohnt und in die Jahre gekommen, ungemütlich, Frühstück im Kellerraum

Gepflegte und hübsche Anlage. Gutes Frühstück und wunderbarer Blick aus dem Appartement auf die Berge.
Der Wellnessbereich ist ausreichend und ab 20:30 Uhr hat man dort seine Ruhe, weil alle Kinder rausgeschickt werden.

Overall, the hotel is nicely located with interesting architecture, mainly consisting of cottages housing apartments, and a few rooms in the main building. The food is of average quality with very limited choices, not suitable for those with food sensitivities. There's no bar, only a restaurant. If it's closed, you can't even get coffee or tea. On Christmas Eve, after breakfast at 9, there's no option to eat anything until 5 PM, and nothing is available in the vicinity either. A major downside. The rooms at first glance are spacious and nice, but they haven't been renovated in 15 years. They are damaged, with sooty walls near the radiators, cold, and the bathrooms are as cold as a fridge with moldy showers and worn-out furniture. The WiFi is extremely poor. There's a nice game room, but it could be less heated as it's about 40 degrees Celsius. There's also a large playroom for children. For sure we’ll not return here again

Good place to for family with kids and a dog. Lovely food, nice apartments with all you need. Close to the mountains and bigger city if more shopping needed. Great facilities for young kids. The only down side I would say was outdoor playground which is small. We were there quiet season so it was ok but can’t imagine how crowded it can get when it’s peak of the season.

Mur die Vorhänge in den Schlafräumen sind nicht dunkel genug. Alles andere war top und mir hat alles sehr gefallen.
Sauber, freundliches Personal, abwechlungsreiches Frühstück, toller Poolbereich, sehr schöne Anlage. Zum skifahren mach Mala Upa gefahren. Dort kann man leihen und zwei Berge befahren. Man muss kein Geld tauschen alles mit Karte bezahlt.

Das Personal könnte etwas freundlicher sein, bezogen auf Rezeption und Kellner Personal. Im Spa Bereich waren wir begeistert von der Freundlichkeit des Personals. Das Apartment war ausreichend ausgestattet. Das Bad ist zwar schön, aber der Abfluss von Waschbecken und Dusche ist verstopft. Die Dusche hat tolle Funktionen, leider waren sie alle kaputt, somit konnte man einfach nur duschen.

The bread at breakfast was mouldy two out of three mornings we were there and the eggs severely undercooked.
We were charged 20zloty per day for parking. Nobody told us this would happen during booking or check in so it was an unpleasant surprise on check out. While I find it weird that you have to pay for parking at a hotel on private property, the issue is more that we weren't told about it.
Almost none of the staff spoke English, which made things quite difficult when trying to get a seat at breakfast or ask any questions, the map, info sheet and spa pricelist were all entirely in Polish as well, no translations.

The reason I give 2 stars instead of one - It seems the evening chef was much better, as dinner was tasty even if the selection was limited. The pool and wellness area was nice (especially after 8.30pm when it becomes adults only, 4 Jacuzzi's, 3 different saunas, salt room etc.

Für Osteuropäischen Standard in Ordnung.
Es ist relativ preiswert und die Kids haben dort auch Spaß. Viel und zügiger Verkehr auf dem Gelände obwohl Spielstraßen ausgeschildert sind - typische sch***egal Einstellung.
Das Wasser im Babybecken (innen) mufft stark.
Die Bilder im Internet und die Realität vor Ort sind zwei unterschiedliche Welten. Das Restaurant „albero“ können wir empfehlen.
Ob wir es wieder besuchen, vielleicht..

This place is very nice located, not far away from Karpacz and many others turistic attractions. All of this max. 20min. driving distance. House apartments are big, modern, but not well equipped. Not understand me wrong, you will find there almost all basic stuff, but cutlery, plates glasses are just enought. One bread knife will not do all the jobs in the kitchen. Simply, by going to this kind of place you expect more.

A'la carte restaurant is great, with both italian and traditional disched for very reasonable prices. You have to check pizza - top taste, crispy, well balanced. Little crowdy aquapark and kids animation center are included.

At the end, I think I can recommend this place to families.
