Overall, the stay was satisfactory.
Pros:

The room was comfortable and appropriate for the price paid. The location is very convenient with easy access to food stalls at Jalan Alor. The reception staff were friendly especially the one (sorry I don't recall his name) who assisted me during both check-in and check-out.

Cons:

There was no complimentary drinking water provided and the room did not include a mini fridge for storing items. Also, there's no safe box in the room.
