“We came from a 4.5-star hotel, so the difference was noticeable. Although we were aware that this is a 2-star hotel, we expected at least basic cleanliness. Unfortunately, the room condition and overall hygiene did not fully meet our expectations, and some basic amenities were missing. The furniture and beds were quite old, and the door lock did not feel completely secure. For these reasons, the stay was not very comfortable, and it would be difficult for us to recommend this hotel.”

Bangladesh reception staff very rude n hav no respect for guests. My booking show check in time 11.30 am but he refused to give room. When I said I complain to booking.com his answer was I don't care. Absolutely not fit for reception work.
