Personnel d'accueil gentil, même si on doit attendre qu'ils viennent de l'hôtel d'en face
Chambre minuscule sous les toits... à 300 euros la nuit. Difficile de fermer la porte des toilettes qui sont tellement petites.
Pas d'ascenseur
Pas de climatisation, seulement un ventilateur bruyant alors qu'il fait 35°C dans la chambre

部屋にクーラーなし、熱波がきているタイミングだったので暑かった、クーラーがないことは予約のときにわかっていたけれど想像以上に熱かった
It’s very close to the palace less than a 10 minute walk

There was no air-conditioning in the room and no fan and unfortunately it was a very very hot and when I opened the tour all the bugs came in so I couldn’t even sleep with it open
Hotel bellissimo, centralissimo, staff davvero gentile
La mancanza dell'aria condizionata in stanza - seppure correttamente indicata come mancanza nelle caratteristiche dell'hotel - è davvero un problema in periodi come questo, con più di 40 gradi all'ombra. Un semplice investimento con un "Pinguino" per ogni stanza avrebbe eliminato ogni problema, gran peccato. Considero comunque un hotel come questo com'è "conforme" alle aspettative poiché ci siamo assunti il rischio che la Stanza non fosse vivibile per noi come temperatura.

Charmantes, kleines Hotel in perfekter Lage. Das Schloss und die Gärten von Versailles sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die Ausstattung ist stilvoll und hochwertig, alles war sehr sauber. Sehr nettes Personal.
Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
Das Zimmer war im Erdgeschoss und in der Nacht leider sehr laut:(

Absence d'ascenseur est un handicap notoire meme sans handicap mais avec des valises.ceci dit le personnel est tres aidant
