Clean and quiet property. The staff was friendly and efficient. The beds were nice.
No bathtub. Just a shower.
Absolutely nothing, it was horrible - I would never recommend it to any one.
My experience at the hotel was extremely disappointing and, honestly, unacceptable. I never ended up staying because both rooms I was shown had serious issues—mouse droppings, hair, a broken lock, and even a broken door handle at the hotel entrance, which made me feel very unsafe.
I gave it a fair chance by trying two different rooms, but neither met even basic standards of cleanliness or security. On top of that, my interaction with staff was concerning, as the employee assisting me appeared impaired and was unable to communicate professionally.
I was told a manager would follow up regarding my experience, but it has now been over a month and I have yet to receive any communication. Overall, the situation has been handled very poorly, and I’m still waiting for any kind of resolution.
Nice about pets and super easy to book.
There were stains all over the floor of our room and the bathroom light over the toilet was burnt out had to rely on the light in the shower.
The location and access were good.
I missed seeing on the home page that the pool was closed for repairs. Considering this, the rate should have been considerably less. Desk clerk was very unknowledgeable and not customer friendly. Breakfast was sold as a valuable perk for staying there but was subpar at best.
needed to be longer
hot tub and pool
Room was spacious and well furnished. AC worked ok. Everything was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok.
Bathroom door opened outward, which blocked the sink when open. Water pressure in shower was low. Two out of three ice machines were out of order. Pool and hot tub were out of order. Disappointing!!! We heard that pool and hot tub were out of order long-term (at least 6 months), but hotel still advertised the pool and hot tub in their amenities (FALSE ADVERTISING).
Breakfast was good, location was close to my grandmas. Staff was great. The shower was pretty cool too!
One more caffeinated coffee packet in the room. There were 2 of is
This is an oil town. The hotel was full of oil field workers. The elevator smelled of gas. The pool was closed, we were never made aware of this before booking. Also, while not at fault of the hotel, was everpresent in the area was the price gouging by all the restaurants there, and for mediocre meals.
The breakfast was fine, not great. My kids didn't want to eat anything and they usually love the buffet breakfasts offered at hotels.
Nothing really wrong, I just don't like dark colors on walls. I prefer light.
Never stayed there. Said we’re going to give me a refund since rooms were full, and never did.
Took my money and never gave it back.
The shower was amazing. Very updated.
