The property is beautifully appointed in period furnishings. The entrance is welcoming. The room was exceptional. The location in the city is amazing, close to all sites and dozens of shops and restaurants.
Main door and room doors are all keyed with electronic code, concierge is a phone call away.

On St Louis and close to everything. Lots of restaurants nearby. Room was ok. Check in is all virtual so no front desk staff physically there. Only 5 parking spaces available so book in advance.

Location was wonderful!! Walkable to everything, but in a quieter area. Property was charming and room was charming and spacious! Communication with management was awesome!! Check in was easy, reached out every day of our stay to see if we needed anything. Even alerted us about a fire alarm inspection and test on one of the days of our stay.

The virtual and remote service was great!

Un vrai hôtel de charme, dans le vieux quartier. Un emplacement idéal pour visiter Québec. Des chambres spacieuses et authentiques, une très belle salle de bain, bref tout ce qu’on attend de ce type d’hôtel. Un personnel très réactif même si la réception se fait à distance.

We stayed here for three night and really loved it. The room was charming and felt Authenticly old while the bathroom was modern and very stylish. It took some time for the hot water to reach our room, but when it came it was watt and very stable.
The bed was comfortable with plenty of cushions! The AC worked almost to well, and there was both a kettle and a nice coffee maskin.
We had some difficulties with the electronic key pad to our room, but the maid sorted it out at one bringing us a real key.
The location is great of you want to visit old Quebec

Centrally located hotel (5 min walk from Château Frontenac) with a 1800's style. Modern washroom (not very big tho) snd very tidy/clean. Parking was tricky to find but very private. Truly enjoyed our stay. Would recommend to all friends and family.

A beautiful historic hotel perfectly located to explore old Quebec City. Loved the blend of old stone walls with modern amenities. The heating and plumbing were a bit odd but to be expected in a place of that age. As beautiful as the winding staircase was, I would not recommend for anyone with accessibility needs as the stairs are tricky with no elevator. Also, the cleaning services could use improvement. I realize that it doesn’t happen every day, but even when it did, it seemed like the bare minimum, if that. Even when we specifically asked for a more thorough clean, there was no change of sheets, etc. Nonetheless, communication was consistent despite not a lot of physically present staff. Overall I’d recommend, especially for those with a love of heritage architecture and a penchant to explore the city on foot.

This was a great room in the perfect location. The whole building was beautiful and the staff were very responsive to anything we needed during our stay.

Lovely hotel and great room. Appreciated having parking space in Quebec City. Nice to be warned there were only 5 available.

Very close to all the shops and attractions. The rooms were quiet and well appointed for our stay. Had a wonderful time.

Full of charm the Le Clos Saint-Louis is perfectly situated in the old city, with easy walking distance to the funicular and the plains.

Location next to everything you want to see and do. And so charming! The AC works great which was a super plus in July. Definitely recommend.

We booked this hotel based on a recommendation from friends and we are so glad we did. The location and setting were just lovely. We had the Maids Room on the fourth floor and got a little extra workout each day on the stairs! The room was nice and we appreciated the modern shower. The check in process and access is all virtual but the staff is always available if you are in a pinch. Highly recommend this hotel.
