The staff very friendly, excellent in the heart of the city. Very close to everything.
No balcony
Low cost was great for the location. Bed was good. Everything worked - doors, taps, drains, a/c, storage, Our room was quiet and clean.
Corridors had broken paster. Some light fittings in our room were broken. Quite small- as expected - no surpises.15 sq m. -Unstuck metal skirting boards. Exposed and unstuck metal plaster corners. Shower had no shower screen. A few dirty surfaces. All very aged but functional. Rough room but did the job for 3 nights for low cost.
Awesome location, although on a main street it was a good entrance that wasnt too obvious. The room was comfortable.
Ideally wouldve been nice in the heatwave to leave the air conditioner going while I was out, unfortunately not possible due to needing room key to activate
📍 Location: right in the centre of the city, 5min walk to Chinatown and Flinders Street station, tram stop right outside; (30min cab to airport)
🛌 Double bed was so comfy and after 33nights in shared accommodations in hostels this room was heaven!
🚿 Bathroom: the shower (lots of hot water and power shower) and toilet were separate but the layout worked.
🧼 Amenities: 3 in 1 shower wash in the shower. Fridge and hot drink making station in room, daily room service (if you wanted it), decent WiFi and enough hangers. Breakfast available for $12 but I didn’t have it so can’t comment!

Good location and easy to get to
Tiny room, although advertised as Queen, only big enough for 1 person, with 1 chair. Toilet door didn't close properly and was scraping the wall at the top. Curtains did not block out light and some of the curtains fittings were broken. No bin liner. Noisy air conditioner and noisy exhaust fan (which was permanently on). Kettle was faulty and I burnt myself on the handle. Bed head reading lights not working. No hair dryer. No face washer. Swipe card didn't work on first try, reception had to reprogram it. Lots of little bits of damage to walls etc in corridors.
It is located in the middle of the city, on the corner of Collins and Elizabeth Street, opposite tram stops and only a short walk from Flinders Street Station. There are many restaurants nearby in Flinders Lane, Degraves Lane and Little Collins.
The customer service is exceptional. Staff was very helpful, we could check in early and check out late which made our transit through Melbourne so much easier. The staff also went above when we had difficulties contacting the taxi service for an airport transfer.
The location makes it difficult for taxi/Uber pick-ups and drop-off at the front of the hotel. You need to walk to either Collins or Little Collins.
This is budget accommodation, the rooms are small, have only the basics and look a bit tired. But the beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean.
Location
Difficult to navigate
Bed was like a brick, room had an awful smell and zero airflow.
