3 false fire alarms

This place is a rundown unmaintained nightmare of a facility. Do not stay here.
- The shower was missing one of the three part slider which meant the loud extractor that ran 24/7 drew all moisture out of the room which leads to you waking up dehydrated everyday.
- No facecloth/flannels provided, only towels and a floor towel.
- The walls had lots of damage that had been patched but not finished.
- The bedside lights were unusable as the switches were pushed into the wall, which when looking inside, just had the raw electrics waiting to shock someone.
- The air-conditioning unit/split/heatpump was switched off at the wall high up, but had been switched off after having been turned on to give the illusion it was doing something when it wasn't. I ended up not using this anyway because it was exceptionally loud.
- For roughly the same money you can stay at any of the nearby actual hotels, instead of whatever this is.
- The extractor filter has clearly not been cleaned in many years.
- There was clearly some decor on the wall that's been ripped off and never tidied up or fixed.
- A friend in a different room was greeted by a bloodied towel in the rooms drawer.

The lights in the room were quite dim so it wasn't as bright as I would have liked. The shower door was a bit broken so I could only close it half way. Housekeeping also took one of the towels I brought with me from home and when I spoke to the night porter lady about it she said she'd make a note. But a day later the person at reception had no idea what I was talking about and there was no note.
The fire alarms also went off twice during my stay. (which I'm fine with these things happen) but the lack of staff presence outside the hotel to direct guests was worrying and confusing. Had there been an actual emergency I'm worried about what may have happened.

Booted out twice due to false fire alarms last one was 3.30 am left didn't bother going back left on the street for over an hour room needs work not happy l want a refund l will ever go back there it was a total waste of money

Habitación oscura. No se sabía si era de día o de noche; no se podían abrir las ventanas. La primera noche una pesadilla. Nos hicieron desalojar a las 3 de la mañana; vinieron 3 camiones de bomberos y después de media hora dijeron que era falsa alarma. A las 6 de la mañana otra vez lo mismo, vuelta a la calle, bomberos y adentro otra vez. No nos dieron ninguna explicación.

Make sure everything works please. Fire alarm & evacuation three times during my two night stay was a little too much especially at 3.30am. The staff though were very nice & helpful & I fully understand the fault did not lie with them.

The whole place is dingy and in need of a good spruce up.

Room was small with no separate room for bathroom.

Carpet was dirty, bathroom (toilet) was uncomfortably small, and wasn’t sealed off, so air can travel in the bedroom. No shower doors, and was literally a metre away from the bed. Aircon unit was blowing in unpleasant air which smelt of urine. Checked out a day early as it was too unpleasant.

Everything. Paid for a a queen size bed and got a dingy double bed with only two small pillows, no seperate room for shower. Just horrible and not worth the money we paid for.

The room was really old and bathroom was dirty, no PowerPoints in bathroom and tap comes away from sink. Curtains are not long enough to block out the lights from the next building.
