The faculty decor was excellent. The space in the room was also great. The overall cleanliness and layout all good

The location is close to beach and nightlife area which is great. The area surrounding is still up and coming so not so great yet.

This Fairfield Inn is in need of some upgrading of facilities. Definitely not worth the high cost.
Pros:

Lobby was nice. Check in was efficient. We brought our dog. Being on the first floor with easy access to dog friendly exit with doggie bags readily available was nice.

Cons:

It appeared that the room we were given hadn't been maintained. The mini fridge's shelves were broken so you couldn't put food and drink into it properly. The shower had a large crack in it. There was no conditioner in the shower and though we asked the manager to please put some in during our stay , it didn't happen. It was the most expensive Fairfield Inn we have ever stayed in, likely because Delray is a pricey area, but the room and service was in no way worth the high cost. We do appreciate that the manager gave us some compensation but we wouldn't go back.

I have stayed at the Fairfield Inn multiple times and it has consistently been a pleasant experience
Pros:

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast selections were many and plentiful. The rooms were very clean and neat. The location was convenient. This is a great value.

I have no complaints.

Worst experience at a hotel. We will never stay there again.

For starters the hotel is trash. As soon as you get out of your car there are people asking you for money and when you tell the front desk they blow it off. The front desk was fairly uneducated on how to check us in with the rooms being prepaid on booking.com. The rooms were filthy!! No bags in the trash cans, there were brown stains on the walls and some kind of pile up of god knows what on the floor. Not to mention the “complimentary breakfast” was disgusting. You could tell it was reheated over and over. While we were in the dining area a homeless person banged on the door trying to come in for free food. We will never stay there again!! Absolutely disgraceful
