Wir waren sehr zufrieden (bis auf das Frühstück)
Pros:

Deluxe Suiten mit Sauna sind etwas außerhalb. Gepäck wurde zu den Suiten gefahren. Die Sauna und das Zimmer war sauber und perfekt für drei Personen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und der Service war zu jeder Zeit herausragend.

Cons:

Das Frühstück passt nicht zur Preis/Leistung. Man hatte eher das Gefühl, dass das Frühstück vom Vortag war.

Top Anlage
Pros:

Die Gegend ist malerisch, die Anlage ist ein Traum
Schade, dass sie doch sehr hochpreisig ist und damit viele Menschen diese Anlage nie besuchen werden können.
Wir haben sogar Nordlichter in der Anlage gesehen 😀

Ubicación, limpieza, hermoso todo el
Ambiente.

Cons:

Los lugares cerraron muy temprano. Así que no habían muchas opciones de comida o snacks en las tarde-noche. La ubicación para las actividades excelente. Sin embargo no tienes opciones de tiendas de ropa, ni mucha variedad de comida.

A large, conveniently-located room to take full advantage of all that the Village has to offer.
Pros:

The location is amazing - it's great to be in the Village. There are so many activities, shops and restaurants nearby. Wifi was reliable and fast. The sauna in the bathroom is also fantastic and easy to use. The room was large and comfortable. The staff at the restaurant was excellent. Bonus - I saw the Northern Lights from my balcony!

Cons:

The room could have been better equipped - there were no paper towels and limited toiletries. This room was also a significant walk from the main part of the village which was fine for me but could prove challenging for anyone with mobility issues. Breakfast was fine, but not overwhelmingly great.

I will definitely return to Santa Claus, because it is a wonderful place, but definitely to a different hotel.
Pros:

The apartment is as in the photos. Comfortable and right next to St. Claus.

Cons:

Silverfish in the apartment. Unfortunately, I didn't notice them until the morning. There were clouds of dust behind the sofa. I sent a complaint to the hotel, which they simply ignored. No response. So if they reply here, know that it's just presumptuousness for appearances' sake. I also described the breakfast – a disaster. I've never seen such an old, stale breakfast in any hotel. The cold cuts were twisted, the cheese was hard, and the only thing you could do with the buns bread was to tap the table. The cake was also disgusting unfresh.

Поездка прошла шикарно! Персонал очень отзывчивый и ответственный, во всём помогали, отвечали на все наши вопросы. Много интересных фактов рассказали прямо по приезду. Номера очень чистые, посуды достаточно, если хочется готовить дома. Еда в ресторанах очень вкусная. Завтраки отличные (можно брать сколько хочешь, никто не выгоняет после конца завтрака). Сауна в домиках очень кстати в такой холод. Очень рекомендуем отель.

Pros:

Frühstück war gut, ausreichend in der Vielfalt
Zimmer sind schlicht und zweckmässig eingerichtet, dürfte noch etwas mehr Scharm aufweisen.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral
Das Personal wirklich sehr freundlich

Cons:

Etwas irritiert waren wir, da nicht alle Restaurants des Hotels die gleichen Frühstückzeiten haben.
So steht im Prospekt des Hotels, Frühstück bis 11:00 Uhr und im in unserem zugeteilten Restaurant war es nur bis 10:30 Uhr.

Sembra di stare all’interno di una pallina di Natale
Pros:

Posizione ottimale per la partenza delle escursioni e per godersi il paesaggio incantato in un piccolo cottage dotato di sauna privata.

Cons:

Potrebbe essere più curato l’arredamento. L’interno É più simile a quello di una camera di una catena alberghiera che quello che ci si aspetta dal villaggio di babbo Natale.
