I was surprised truly. I wasn't expecting the spacious rooms and the cleanliness of everything. The staff are truly amazing all smiling and helping. Special thanks to Mr Sultan Almalki (the night shift receptionist), the lady at the reception that was working on the morning shift and Mr Murshid Alim who helped with the luggage.
I am definitely coming back inchaAllah. Truly 10/10

الفندق جميل و طقم العمل ودود و لطيف جدا

اعتقد يجب زيادة فرش المرافق و خصوصا في الصاله و الاسياب و المطبخ و لو بشكل جزئي حيث يعد ذلك خطر على الاطفال و يودي الى
سقوطهم لا سمح الله

Very bad value for money.

The room was spacious

Cons:

Definitely very high price for what it offers. There was an unpleasant smell in the hotel, the facilities could take some renovation, the pillows were super thick without an alternative, the water wasn’t mixing well. The gym has a treadmill, a bike and 2 more machines (the end). The breakfast was a joke. We booked the room with breakfast, but that was outsourced from another place, so there were no eggs, pastries or even milk an no one to help us with that. The only staff was the receptionist and a housekeeping guy who were very kind and tried to help.
