Cons:

On the first day, in the evening at about 5:30 PM, there was no water in the hotel. We suffered all evening without water. I went to reception and they said they were taking care of it.
At night, they started working on the problem until 1:00 AM. They worked with electric tools and this caused a lot of noise and we were unable to sleep or rest. Until 2:30 AM, there was an alarm every 5 minutes and this also caused an unpleasant and uncomfortable experience in general. I called reception and complained about it and she said you will go to reception tomorrow morning and you will receive compensation for it.
I really hope you will compensate us for the unpleasant experience we had from the first night.

Cons:

На ресепщен стояла девушка которая не справлялась с своей работой. Несмотря что прибытие было запланированное на 15.00 мы прибыли в 15.10 нам было сказано что номер не готов... и пока не пришёл менеджер она немогла ничего сделать.

היה מדהים ובטוח נחזור תודה רבה לפזית חנופה❣️❣️❣️

השירות מההתחלה היה מדהים!!
מהרגע שניכנסנו לחדר וראינו את הברכה השוקולדים שחיכו לנו מפזית זה היה מאוד מחמם את הלב וכבר התחיל בכיף גדול!!!
פזית חנופה התייחסה לכל בקשה שלנו ודאגה לנו למשך כל השהייה אין לי מילים!!!!!

אני רוצה להודות לצוות המלון על חוויה מושלמת ובלתי נשכחת. מהרגע שנכנסנו ועד לרגע שעזבנו, הרגשנו רצויים, מוערכים ומטופלים ברמה הגבוהה ביותר.
השירות היה יוצא מן הכלל, החדרים נקיים, מרווחים ומטופחים, האוכל היה מגוון וטעים, וכל פינה במלון שידרה מקצועיות, אכפתיות ותשומת לב לפרטים הקטנים.
תודה מיוחדת לאדל ויעל מהקבלה, שענו לכל שאלה ובקשה שלנו באדיבות, מקצועיות ואנושיות יוצאת דופן. היחס החם והחיוך התמידי שלהן הפכו את השהות שלנו לנעימה ומיוחדת עוד יותר.
זו הייתה חוויה מדהימה שהשאירה לנו טעם של עוד. אין ספק שנחזור שוב ושוב, ונמליץ בחום לכל מי שמחפש חופשה מושלמת.

Уютный и ухоженный отель.
Удобное месторасположение.
Прекрасный вид из окна. Номер очень хороший. Чистый, обеспечен всем необходимым.
При бронировании номера, учли все наши пожелания. Зараннее связались с нами, чтобы обговорить лично наши потребности.
Мы приехали немного раньше и, даже не смотря на то, что мы заехали в шаббат (а при планировании поездки, мы совсем не учли то, что в этот день заселение позже, чем в обычные дни недели🙈), нас заселили вовремя! А вечером нас еще ждал небольшой сюрприз в виде бутылочки вина и печенья.
Остались довольны персоналом: внимательны, улыбчивы и доброжелательны.
На территории отеля есть хороший, чистый бассейн, с большой оборудованной для отдыха территорией и СПА.
Завтрак также очень хороший и разнообразный.
В общем, остались довольны нашим выходным.
В следующий раз также выберем этот отель.
