Pros:

Truly an exceptional experience. The hospitality I received from Liza, Sharin, & the rest of the staff at reception was beyond my expectations. And due to the current war with Iran now, security is elevated. Koral from security reassured me that I had nothing to fear. I never felt more safe & secure in my entire life. I will continue to stay here everytime I visit. Thank you again everyone.

את האוכל , הקוסקוס היה יבש מאוד כאילו גרגירים לא מוכנים , החדר אוכל לא נקי, הצוות לא ניגש אלינו לפנות את השולחן כדי שנביא קינוח . היינו צריכים לעבור שולחן בגלל זה

טעון שיפור רב באוכל בהגשה, במלצרים על השולחן שלנו היה מלא אוכל שסיימנו ומלצרים לא ניגשו אפילו להרים עברנו שולחן אחר בשביל לקחת קינוחים , האוכל היה חלש מאוד הקוסקוס היה יבש גרגירים לא מוכנים של קוסקוס , חייב לשפר את האוכל דחוף !!!! וגם יותר יחס בחדר אוכל יותר נקיון גם
