Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. הכל היה מעולה
Great location near beach and easy access. Excellent parking facilities. Breakfast was superb. The staff were excellent especially the manager of the hotel Pazit - a very helpful, friendly and accommodating professional person with a lovely personality. The ideal manager - nothing was too much.
One of the towels in our bathroom was dirty and damp from a previous visitor. The overhead shower didn’t work but I didn’t care that much.

הבריכה היתה עם חרא של תינוק,החדרים לא משהו, האוכל היה ממש סביר
השרות המדהים שקיבלנו בגלל בעיה אישית שהיתה לנו , הגב פזית חנופה מנהלת קשרי לקוחות דאגה לכל, למרות הלחץ שהיה יום שישי , היתה קשובה ומקצועית ציון 10 !

The pool was ok.
Everything except the pool which was ok. The hotel was very dirty, including the dining area which was just gross! The internet didn't work, the phone didn't work, the cards for the room never worked! The smoke alarm would go off all night every night, and people kept talking and shouting loudly as well. The service was also very bad on many different levels. Writing everything that went wrong would take too long, but it was just a very bad experience. Never coming back anywhere near it!

הייתה לנו חוויה טובה בחופשה, חייבת להזכיר את פזית המהממת מקשרי לקוחות של המלון שדאגה שלא יחסר לנו דבר, ואת יעל המקסימה מהקבלה, ואחרונה חביבה באמת את אסתר החדרנית שאין אנשים כמוה!!!
צוות מסביר פנים, ארוחת בוקר מגוונת יחסית, חדר שגודלו סביר ומיקום בקרבת חוף ים יפהפה ומרכז מסחרי שכונתי. מעריכים מאוד את היין והשוקולד שנשלחו לחדרנו, מיד עם ההגעה.
קשה מאוד היה להזיז את דלתות הארון בחדר, רצפת החדר יכולה וצריכה להיות נקייה יותר. בכל מקרה, הצוות רובו ככולו, הפך את השהות לנעימה ואת כל השאר לזוטות
