אני רק אגיד תודה למנהלת קשרי לקוחות פזית
יחד עם זאת המלון לא מותאם ליחדים ,אין משחקיה או אטרקצעה אחרת ,המון אירועים ,מה שיצר המון רעש ומוזיקה חזקה בבריכה

Cons:

חדרים לא נקיים ,היינו צריכים לבקש כמה פעמים לנקות ולבסוף לערב את פזית
הרבה רעש של אירועים

היה לנו ממש כיף, הצוות היה אדיב ושירותי, ונהננו מאוד :)
Pros:

היינו שם ללילה אחד, ובאמת היה ממש כיף! האוכל היה מצויין והיה אחלה של מגוון, הצוות היה מקסים ביותר ושירותי מאוד. שידרגו אותנו בחדר כי חגגתי יום הולדת ואפילו השאירו לי בלונים בחדר, מתנה קטנה ופתק :) והמלון ממוקדם 5 דקות הליכה מחוף באר שבע שזה מושלם בעיניי!!

Cons:

מבחינת ניקיון הרגשתי שטעון שיפור, ואם אתם שומרי שבת תבקשו קומה נמוכה כי המעלית שבת איטית קצת😅 הדבר היחיד שבאמת ביאס אותנו זה שאין נוף ישיר לים כי כל החדרים הם עם נוף צידי לים… אז מי שזה חשוב לו מאוד שידע שכך בנוי המלון.

hotel is in a great location .. plenty of parking .. I had an ocean view which was beautiful .. the room its self was a nice size but older in style and quality .. the decor is old .. bathroom was old as well .. the room was clean .. staff were excellent and teh hotel breakfast was very good with lots of choices. had a nice stay and ill stay again if im in the area

כלל הארוחות היו מצטיינות, אין מה לומר

Cons:

היום ההגעה היו התראות אש בלתי פוסקות מ 20:00 עד 23:00.. לא קיבלנו שום מענה בזמן אמת מהמלון, בכל שיחה התקבלה סיבה אחרת ובבוקר למחרת ההתראות חזרו בשעה 07:00 בבוקר.
בנוסף, ביום העזיבה- כאשר היינו אמורים לעזוב בשעה 14:00, כבר בשעה 12:00 הכרטיסים פתחו את החדר (חבל שככה מתנהלים מול אנשים, אפילו שיח קטן איתי היה פותר את זה)

בנוסף לזה היינו מרוצים מהשרות של והצוות פינקו אותנו כמו שצריך ממליץ לכם ממש ובאהבה♥️
האוכל היה מוגש חם וכמו שצריך מבחר גדול של אוכל חלבי בשרי פרווה פרות ירקות מבחר מטורף💕

La atención de Yael en la recepción, el tamaño de la habitación

Cons:

La cama, todo movimiento de uno despierta al otro.
El desayuno muy abundante, pero cosa no ricas en especial fuera del melon, también estéticamente mal servido y las máquinas de café necesitaban atención y nadie lo hizo.
La iluminación en la habitación es muy pobre

מושלם עם בעיה קטנה

המקום ממש יפה, מלון מושקע.
המיקום מושלם.
יש נוף לים הזווית מהחלון בחדר.
בריכה נחמדה מאוד.
צוות מאוד שירותי.
ארוחת בוקר מושקעת.
הייתי בקומה 10 והנוף מושלם.

Cons:

הבעיה היחידה שהייתה.
שבחדר שלי (ואחר כך התברר לי שזה רוב המלון) יש דלת מקשרת בין החדר שלי לחדר ליד, והדלת בכלל לא מבודדת, שומעים כל מילה מהחדר ליד, כמובן שזה פוגע בפרטיות!!!!
כשפניתי לשירות חדרים (בשעה 10 בבוקר) הם הגיבו רק אחרי כמה שעות (בשעה 8 בערב) והציעו לי להחליף חדר, אבל זה היה הלילה האחרון ומאוחר!
הא רצו לפצות אותי ביציאה מאוחרת אבל לי אישית זה לא היה רלוונטי.
