סוהרים בשב״ס באנו מהצפון ללילה לפני טקס בדרום
מהרגע שדרכנו במלון ישר קיבלנו שיחת טלפון מפזית מנהלת קשר האורחים לבדוק שלא חסר כלום ושהכל לשביעות רצון ומעבר
ושלא נדבר על השי בחדר בקיצור אין יחס כזה בעולם !!!!!! יש לשאר המלונות הרבה מה ללמוד ממנה

מעבר לכמה ענייני ניקיון ותקלות במהלך השהות,
אני רוצה לציין לשבח את פזית המנהלת שמהרגע הראשון פשוט נתנה לנו להרגיש הכי בבית, העניקה ברוחב לב, אדיבות, חינניות וליוך על הפנים.

הנתינה שלה היא אינסופית והשירות שלה גרם לנו לרצות לחזור! באמת 100 מ100!!!
תודה גם לשאר אנשי הצוות שהתעניינו תמיד אם טוב לנו.
