Um corrente desapareceu durante o período de hospedagem. Conversamos. Tiveram disposição em procurar, mas não apareceu mais.

Cons:

Hotel muito caro para o que oferece. Apesar do preço elevado, tive que tomar três banhos frios, o que é inadmissível — banho quente é um item básico e deveria ser garantido. Só consegui voltar a tomar banho quente depois de reclamar várias vezes. Houve problemas com o abastecimento de agua na cidade e o hotel estava com a caixa d’água vazia, ou seja, ficamos duas manhãs sem água,o que compromete bastante o conforto da estadia. O Wi-Fi também é ruim e instável. O quarto é muito simples, mais parecido com uma pensão, não tem nem sabonete na pia.

Demasiado agradable
Pros:

Lo que más me gustó fue la amabilidad de todos los trabajadores, siempre estuvieron muy atentos. Perdi una noche de alojamiento y me lo compensaron después, fue de agradecer mucho. El desayuno muy bueno y la ubicación super bien, la piscina muy tranquila.

Cons:

Hay muchos perros vagabundos al rededor De San Pedro de Atacama, se pasan ladrando mucho tiempo, pero no es culpa del hotel, ya que los perros son los de la calle. Habría que hacer algo al respecto.
Solo me faltó un secador en la habitación y acondicionador.
