Pros:

Location, breakfast was ok, size of room. Staff was nice and helpful.

Cons:

Smell in the bathroom when i arrived with fan on as if it was used. The toilet kept running if handle wasnt fully pulled back up

Never got to stay ruined my kids birthday as she never got to swim and booking scammed me out of my money as I never got

Nothing I wasn’t able to stay as they were booked full and turned me away

Cons:

They let booking book me a room then didnt have a room or reservation for me as they were booked full

Our room was comfortable and the hotel was quiet
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent. Liked having a walk in shower.

Cons:

Price of drinks in Refreshment center were too high in price. At other IHG places we received freed drinks for being IHG reward memebers

Staybridge suites Canton by IHG is a top notch hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel
Pros:

The location is perfect, it, is surrounded around a lot of shopping and restaurants. The hotel was very clean and a lot of updates. The breakfast was very good and you have a variety of foods to eat.

Clean, friendly and very understanding staff. Good soap in bathrooms.

Cons:

Mattresses on bed or couch were not comfortable. Pool had no clean towels.
