Pros:

It's location is perfect.

Cons:

How hard the bed was. We had a different room than the last time and the bed was truly hard as a rock.

Comfortable bed, well appointed room. Once renovations are complete, it should be very nice.

Cons:

Major renovation construction was not disclosed in advance. No hot breakfast, rather unappealing bagged breakfast to heat and heat in microwave. Yuck, nothing appealing about a limp, nuked, sausage and cheese English muffin, only juice option was oj, a mandarin and a low quality yogurt in prepacked brown bag shoved into a refrigerator to be picked up. In the middle of a construction zone.
Tea hot water was discolored, they had to go "remake" it. Seriously, plain hot water, and it was the color of weak tea when dispensed into a clean cup.
Was advised 4th floor room was completely refurbished. Room had # penciled in on frame, room number was missing (the only one missing), construction in public areas not finished, in fact was in full demolition mode, òdd odor in hallways. The shower was AWFUL. Red mildew, mold, chipped, discolored. I opted to just shower when I got home. Definitely NOT upgraded. Needed a good shot of bleach. Mixture of upgraded shower products in stand-alone bottles and old Dove dispensers. Just not up to standard. I pay extra to stay at this brand. I expect better.

There was a very strong smell in the room and mold in the shower tile. We asked to have these addressed or switch rooms. neither happened even though we were assured it would be taken care of. Upon check out we were told to try them again they were switching to Hilton. We have stayed there three other times and liked it. We will never stay again based on the response and complete indifference

Worst hotel experience
Pros:

The room was nice

Cons:

Took 40 mins to check in, charged several times that i shouldnt have been and then staff then checked me in incorrectly so the next morning housekeeping took my belongings because it said I was supposed to check out, which I never did. I was booked to stay 2 nights.

Good stay…but don’t paint doorframes on an occupied floor…
Pros:

The room was amazing. Breakfast was great! Very pet friendly! Included 24 hour laundry facilities were an added value because we needed to wash soccer jerseys between tournament days!

Cons:

The only thing I would say is that I saw a guy painting door frames on my floor and NEVER thought to myself “he probably painted my doorframe” but I ended up with paint on the back of my favorite shorts, my shirt and my purse strap!! So staying here cost me EXTRA a in clothing and a purse!

Pros:

the location was perfect for our purposes. Appreciated being in the litlle village with other stores and services. The rom was quiet.

Cons:

renovations at this property meant that the room we were in was older and quite dated and dark. The shower wasn't very clean

Pros:

The rooms were brand new. Staff was friendly

Cons:

We asked for two queens. We got a king with a pull out. No bedding had to ask front desk. They gave us one pillow and a thin blanket. We only had two towels for four people. We booked that hotel so kids could swim only to find out their pool was closed. Very disappointing experience

The hotel was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The first night of our stay, there was a dog barking non stop in our hallway. After a few hours and messaging the front desk a few times, it did stop so I assumed they took care of it and we did not hear it for the rest of our stay.
