I have travelled to Barcelona many times, but for the first time I felt welcomed not just as a returning guest or even as a friend, but as family.
From the very first moment — assistance with parking, the smooth and warm check-in process, and the personal introduction to the room - everything felt genuinely attentive and heartfelt.
The location is outstanding, perfectly positioned to enjoy the city. The breakfast was exquisite: beyond excellent taste, even the simplest omelette was presented as a small work of art.
A truly memorable stay. I will definitely return.
What didn’t I like?
That we stayed only two nights. Next time, we will definitely come for much longer.

The gym
Very cozy and quiet even though it’s next to a road, the noise cancelling from the balcony doors is very good. Staff was very accommodating and I like that it’s a small hotel.

We love the Serras Hotel. From the moment you enter their doors you are treated with care and respect. They are a 5-star hotel that deserves the rating. Our beloved Sandra cares for us during breakfast hours (she makes the best cafe au lait!) with joy and kindness and Mauritz is an excellent server in their rooftop restaurant. This will be our only hotel we will stay at in Barcelona!

We had an amazing time in Barcelona, and this hotel was part of the reason. From check-in to check out, we were treated with such kindness. The rooms are small, but extremely clean and very well appointed in the hotel itself is extremely quiet. It’s a great location but you’re not in the center of things which makes the experience of being in Barcelona even better! Sandra, who is the breakfast manager is wonderful and so kind. She is part of the reason that we will probably be coming back to Barcelona and definitely back to the hotel. I noticed that she treated every single guest with the same kindness, and it was genuine! I cannot say not great things about this place and if you stay here, you will not be sorry! You’ll be the opposite of sorry you’ll be thrilled! I would recommend this hotel to any friends or family that we’re traveling to Barcelona.
