We had a wonderful time. One of the highlights was Sandra the restaurant manager. She just made us feel so welcome and even shared “off the beaten path” venues to visit. I also liked the fact that the front t desk recognizing jet lag offered us coffee before the kitchen was open.

This was an absolutely wonderful property. Great location. Very central easy access to most areas of interest. Staff was absolutely first rate. Highly recommend

Amazing location close to everything a family might want to see. Wonderful room with great amenities and a very helpful concierge who was always more than happy to provide great suggestions, get reservations for us for dinner and always be mindful of the family when doing so. Traveling with two small boys (4 and 5) is never easy, but the staff especially Sandra, an exceptional member of their team went so above and beyond to make then feel warmly welcome and taken care of that they genuinely missed her when we checked out. As for us I’m not sure what we will miss more, Barcelona the city, or our lovely experience at the hotel!

Our first time to Barcelona and the Serras Barcelona made our trip all the more special. The location is ideal setting our base in the Gothic Quarter and next to the Born and across from Port Vell with a lovely view of the harbor. The rooms are modern, spacious and well designed - we had two lovely balconies which we opened to let the fresh spring air in.

The staff was exceptional - the front desk team was always on the ready to assist with anything. I apologize for not remembering all of their names.

The breakfast manager Sandra made sure the start to every day was special with her warm hospitality. She treated each guest like family and looked after everything they could possibly need. She went above and beyond every day to make everyone’s trip special, for eg she researched and made recommendations for kid friendly activities for my son.

Sandra and the rest of the hotel team is what makes staying at a boutique hotel our preference over large hotels. We will be back for sure!

Excellent hotel -the service was flawless!

The hotel is just lovely. A modern refined design. The room was very comfortable with good size bathroom and balcony. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Good was delicious. The staff are what sets a hotel experience apart though. Everyone from checkin with cava, to room service, to suggestions and reservations for dinner were outstanding. Everyone was helpful and kind greeting us warmly with every interaction. Sandra at breakfast was particularly kind and on point, ensuring we were never waiting on anything. Highly recommend this hotel and look forward to a future visit! Thank you for a particularly special stay!

Great location! Amazing staff! Very personable—-check in was seemless and Sandra at breakfast each morning was ready with a smile. Enjoyed the rooftop bar as well. ONLY COMPLAINT—-the mattress. Very firm/thin…could almost feel the springs. Definitely need to upgrade the mattresses or invest in memory foam mattress tops.

The Serras Barcelona is a beautiful hotel in a premiere location. What made it even better are the people. We were warmly greeted when we arrived with champagne and chocolates. They provided local sites to tour while we waited for our room to be ready since we arrived early. The restaurant was also lovely with very good food and cocktails. The most special memory I have of our stay were my interactions with Sandra who is the manager of the breakfast service. She went above and beyond to make sure we will well cared for during our stay.

Hotel Serras was absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked into the door, the entire staff never failed to help us with every thing we needed. One of our favorite activities was breakfast every morning. The Breakfast Manager, Sandra, went above and beyond every morning to make sure we had everything we needed to have a fantastic day. She truly made us feel like part of her family. The entire staff was extremely helpful in getting everything we needed, which made our special vacation truly unforgettable! Not only is the hotel, beautiful, but also in a fantastic location. I really can’t say enough positive things about this hotel!

I’ve stayed at Serras Barcelona for business and with my family and have thoroughly enjoyed each stay. The hotel is lovely with insanely comfortable beds and high quality linens. The rooftop bar is a little piece of heaven at sunset, highly recommend on a sunny day!

But the biggest wow factor comes from
the thoughtful, professional, and warm hearted staff that really puts Serras ahead of all others in Barcelona. They pay close attention to their guests and ensure each has a wonderful stay. There are so many special little touches at Serras that truly make it a delightful stay each time.

While all the staff were outstanding, I want to especially thank Sandra, the breakfast manager, for her kindness, outstanding service and making each morning a 5 star start to the day!

I have travelled to Barcelona many times, but for the first time I felt welcomed not just as a returning guest or even as a friend, but as family.

From the very first moment — assistance with parking, the smooth and warm check-in process, and the personal introduction to the room - everything felt genuinely attentive and heartfelt.

The location is outstanding, perfectly positioned to enjoy the city. The breakfast was exquisite: beyond excellent taste, even the simplest omelette was presented as a small work of art.

A truly memorable stay. I will definitely return.
