Pros:

Great experience taking my family for an overnight. Staff was wonderful, helpful and friendly. Room near the pool was perfect for my grandkids. Hotel walkable to restaurant, Exploration Works and park. Highly recommend

The pool and the gym were very nice and clean breakfast was amazing and the rooms were well-organized. The staff was professional, helpful, and exceeded my expectations

Cons:

The Wi-Fi did not wish to work, and kept going to a third party portal. Despite being advertised as free.

Pleasant stay with excellent service!
Pros:

Had a great time and a great stay at Best Western Great Northern Hotel in Helena during our Realtor Conference. The staff was attentive, kind and patient. We enjoyed a clean room, everything worked nicely, good job on maintaining a wonderful facility. Free parking, Free Breakfast, Free Amenities in the room such as coffee, tea and toiletries which is always nice. The conference went well and the food was great too. I especially enjoyed the lunches and the excellent service staff.

We Discovered a Treasure in Helena
Pros:

We had booked the same hotel we always stay at for our gymnastics meets in Helena, but their pool was broken down again, so at the last minute I switched to the Best Western Premier Helena Great Northern Hotel. It was $30 more expensive than our previous hotel, but I figured that divided by four family members, it would be worth it. When we arrived at the downtown location, it was charming to see all the little shops and buildings together, with the welcoming outdoor fireplace and courtyard area announcing our hotel. Our room was beautiful, and overlooked the courtyard. We were sorry that there was no hot tub, but the kids enjoyed the pool. We were able to walk next door to see a movie at the Cinemax, and many good eateries were also within a short walk from our room. Additionally, it was only a short drive to the Fairgrounds for gymnastics, and to the Cathedral for Mass. We will definitely stay here again!

Pros:

Location was perfect. Steak house has AMAZING food. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

The parking lot is kind of far if you need to run out to your car for something, however they are in the middle of downtown so the space for one is limited. Overall not a big deal.

Very nice maybe not four star nice but still best hotel in area by far.
Pros:

Very nice they lost reservation but then fixed it right away was very kind and accommodating.

Cons:

I didn’t love the lower level it was hard for some of my disabilities. But it was fine nothing wrong with it just wasn’t my favorite.

Cons:

Website said this location had a hot tub, and that was a factoring feature of why we booked there. At arrival we were told no hot tub.
