Palace hotel of Nanjing
Pros:

The staffs are so friendly to me & very much helping minded that I really like it. Beautiful view point. A garden park nearby where I have seen & met a lot of families with kids to come for walk & relax & at the same time I would like to express about your swimming pool.. where I have seen a lot of kids coming with family for swimming practice, these all facilities at your premises impressed me. I didn't feel that I'm out of my home country.
I would say 100% the best place to stay at Nanjing is Holiday Inn. Thank you all for the great support during my stay.

Cons:

In future, you can accept USD / EURO cash also would be appreciated.

Secondly, please give us other choices food at your restaurant in the supper / dinner. Because I could find only 2 fish variety during dinner. That you have to give us a choice please. Rest all I liked it. Appreciate.

Pros:

I booked two nights for my parents and myself. Our stay was excellent and the hotel’s free parking was great. Room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The nice card and extra little gifts from the staff made us feel awesome. I felt that we received a five star service for a very small price.

Big, modern and mostly excellent
Pros:

Very grand, big and well equipped as Holiday Inns go. Amazing views from the rooms over la lake and green spaces. Also very close to the metro and outlet mall. The breakfast buffet is HUGE with great coffee. Mostly Chinese options though.

Good gym and pool although it’s a requirement to wear a swim cap.

There is a thermostat in every room but it doesn’t work though. Strangely high and uncomfortable nigh time temperatures spoiled an otherwise comfortable stay. For international visitors internet and tv options are extremely restricted.

I’d happily stay again.

The stay was great, but price differ from what I had booked.
Pros:

I prefer the English breakfast, which was supplied adequately.

Cons:

The croissants were very soggy, which is unacceptable to people from European countries.
Croissants ideally should be eaten 10 to 15 minutes from being baked in the oven.
I booked two rooms for two nights including breakfast, however, when we got to the hotel, the price was higher and we had to pay extra for the breakfast.
