Staff was rude
I liked that there was a pool for the guests to swim in.
The price was a bit high for being in the area that it is in and having NO Air conditioning in the rooms, and not enough towels for their guests, and no sitting area for large groups to gather. We had to ask for the lights to be turned on in the dining area. The televisions do not work in the rooms and the hotel staff were obviously over all the kids and sports teams in the hotel so they were not very friendly. When people were upset about the air conditioning being out they said they would not refund anyone but that they would provide fans. Overall they should not have filled the hotel to capacity if the hotel could not accommodate that many people, and do not charge full price if guests are not going to be receiving basic or full ammenities.
Nice refurbished, rooms and very nice breakfast center. Norma keeps the food, replenished and hot, and the whole eating space clean and friendly!

There was a roach in my bathroom
The first room we got, the air conditioning didn't work. It was very hot and we couldn't sleep all night. It was miserable. The next morning we ask for a different room with good A/C. The hotel staff gave us a different room, the A/C worked well, but the t.v only had 1 working channel. The weather channel.
The only one good thing it was the breakfast. They had a very good breakfast.
The room with no working A/C and the t.v situation. And the first day the pool was not open either.
