Will never stay there again and will tell everyone not to stay there.

Room wasn't ready when I was told I could check it at 11:00 a.m. because we were there for a funeral and got there and told I couldn't they had no clean rooms and housekeeping was on break. Room was dirty, hair on the wall, tables were sticky not clean. Shouldn't have to pay for it.

Pros:

The room was very nice and had plenty of room. It was clean.
The breakfast was really good!

We got stuck next to a room full of teenagers. They were a bit loud but finally settled down.

Staff was the only good part of the stay. We were very disappointed especially for the price of the.

Cons:

The room was awful. The room smelled like body odor, the shower and bathroom was not clean, the refrigerator was barely working and the doors go the cabinet by the fridge was busted up and the dresser drawers were jacked up. The TV was pretty pointless because it only worked about half of the time. We won't ever stay there again.

Needs renovations
Pros:

We chose this for the location, but the whole stay was poor. The front desk on check-in had attitude but we continued on to our room. I have stayed in many HI Express rooms and this was the worst. The bathroom was dirty and had mold, the room was musty and everything need renovating. We could take it for one night, but were glad to get on the road the next morning bright and early.

Very nice and breakfast was phenomenal! Cinnamon rolls a very nice touch!
Pros:

Convenient off Turnpike. Rooms clean and beds comfortable. Breakfast was best we’ve had! Even warm cinnamon rolls and coffee Ava if you leave before breakfast buffet opens.

Cons:

Front desk was extremely disconnected and uncaring. The pool area was dark and messy. The tv's didn't work correct, they had an apology note but would have been good to know ahead of rental. I've rented several time with bookings and Holiday Inn. If this would have been my first rental I would never rebook with bookings or Holiday Inn.

Pros:

The breakfast was great. The staff did their best to fix the mistake they made. They were friendly.

Cons:

First the room was not what I paid for. The staff brought I twin rolling bed but, it was not the couch bed. Second, the tubs need textured bottoms. I almost slipped into and then out of the tub. The smell around the building was terrible.
