• Children from the age of 8 to 15 years must be supervised in the pool by at least one adult aged 16 or above, at a ratio of two children to one adult at all times
• Children below the age of 8 years are not permitted in the Pool
Jacuzzi, Steam room and Sauna room:
• Children from the age of 8 to 15 years must be supervised in the Jacuzzi, steam room or sauna at least one adult aged 16 or above, at a ratio of two children to one adult at all times
• Children below the age of 8 years are not permitted in the Jacuzzi, steam room or sauna
Gym:
• Children below the age of 16 years are not allowed to use gym facilities
Please note, for Non-Refundable bookings, guests are kindly required to present at check in the same credit card used to to make the reservation.
Pets are not allowed in the hotel. Service animals that provide assistance to individuals with disabilities are allowed at the hotel. An additional cleaning charge of £150.00 may be incurred in case of any damages / accidents are caused by the service animal to the room.

Location and the breakfast were good. Staff were also friendly and warm.
They seemed to have a server problem on the two days we were there and the keys accessing the rooms and lifts didn’t work most of the time. This made our life difficult and we had to go back to the Reception to get keys changed at least half a dozen times in the two days we were there

Dear Guest Relations Team,
I am writing to make a formal complaint regarding my stay at Montcalm East, Autograph Collection. My stay was in Room 1606, and the reservation was made through Booking.com.
When my girlfriend and I arrived to check in at approximately 6:00pm yesterday, there were extremely long queues, which I appreciate can happen. However, while waiting, I overheard several guests saying they had been waiting over three hours for their rooms due to issues with your booking system.
Once I finally reached reception, the service I received was extremely poor. I was left standing for around five minutes without any acknowledgement, no greeting, no request for my name, and no explanation of the issues causing the delays. When I asked whether I would actually receive my room, I was told there would be a further 15–20 minute wait. Given what I had already heard from other guests, I simply sought reassurance, yet the receptionist responded rudely and even threatened to cancel my reservation. This was completely unacceptable.
Thankfully, another member of your reception team, a lady whose name I unfortunately did not catch, stepped in. She was polite, apologetic and efficient, and managed to resolve the situation quickly. She was the only positive aspect of what was otherwise an extremely poor check-in experience.
Unfortunately, the problems did not end there. Upon entering our room, we found the air conditioning was not working. On one of the hottest days of the year, with temperatures around 35°C in London, the room was unbearably hot and almost the same temperature as outside. At checkout this morning, I also heard other guests reporting exactly the same issue, suggesting this was not an isolated incident.
The most concerning issue, however, occurred at approximately 2:00am, when another guest entered Room 1606 while my girlfriend and I were asleep. This is an entirely unacceptable breach of guest safety and security.
The location , pool and 24hour gym
It was uncomfortable with no ac. I had bites all over my body when I woke up. No smart tv not worth £370 a night on the 26th floor I was promised and comfortable stay
We had a wonderful experience! Sonal was so kind and helpful - she made the visit extra special. We’d love to stay here again in the future.

The stay was beautiful as always. Located perfectly in london city, rooms are renovated and always clean, always a great price for 5* hotel, additionally want to point out the helpfulness of Saru, she assisted us with all the questions we had upon check-in! Definitely returning here soon.
