So many great things to express with regards to the ME hotel. I requested b'day decorations in our room to celebrate my husband's birthday. The staff complied beautifully by decorating the bed, leaving cupcakes, bottled cokes and a hand written card! We received a welcome drink on arrival as we checked in. The room service food was delicious ( Hubby said it was the best cheese burger and chips he'd ever had!) The spa was super clean and very relaxing. Lastly, the breakfast was fabulous and service immaculate. Id especially like to say thank you to Punam our waitress for her lovely demeanour.
Water on the floor around the pool, as it was slightly slippery.
Amazing experience here. Kudos to Siddarth(Manager) and Wahab for taking care of my stay and offering me everything and being there to fullfill all my requests. Overall a comfortable stay and surely I will be returning back soon.

Clean and luxurious bedroom, thoughtful touches in the room, nice coffee and tea selection, very tech savvy with ability to control curtains and lighting from bed. The spa is compact but nice to use, with a pool, jacuzzi and steam/sauna rooms. The changing facilities are nice too with good toiletries and hair tools for women. We ventured into Shoreditch where there are loads of food/drink options.

The staff definitely understand the "Wow experience". I booked a Sky High room which was such a good choice! I will definitely be back to this location, but I also now want to explore the rest of the Autograph Collection because of my experience here!
