Uninspiring stay, with subpar service and experience
Pros:

Location was close to my daughter's apartment. The view from our room on the 23rd floor was amazing, but that was the second room we were in. The room had a desk so my husband was able to do work when he needed to.

Cons:

There was a water leak in the ceiling of our bathroom. They moved us to another room, but the person working the front desk never said "I'm sorry for the inconvenience." Also, if they are going to make us pack up and move the least they could do is put our bags in the new room when we are out and about during the day. That being said, they did move us to the 23rd floor (slightly smaller room but way better view).
After we moved rooms, my husband couldn't find his belt. I called the front desk and they had it but they said the manager would get in touch and bring the belt to us. They never did. Now we are home and have to track it down.
The first room also had shaved hair in the corner of the bathroom. GROSS!
Do not get a room near the 15th floor - there is a very LOUD and popular night club on the 15th floor.

Great room with views, convenient and comfortable stay
Pros:

The hotel is very conveniently situated in the most vibrant part of NYC.
We got here in the middle of NY fashion week, buzzing with people.

Tons of bars, restaurants and shopping on Ludlow street and the area. Nolita and Soho are a comfortable walk away. Great for shopping and food.
The subway and buses are around the corner.

We got a room with the most gorgeous views on a higher floor. Nice spacious, large room and bathroom.The room had a coffee machine and a comfortable lounge chair. It was wonderful to take in the views.

The staff is super friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The purple club in the hotel and the area get very noisy with music playing late into the night and up to 4 am on week ends.
If you are a light sleeper, not a great idea.
Though the AC compressor does drown it down a bit.
We would have stayed longer had this not been an issue since we are light sleepers.

A very nice hotel for a reasonable price.
Pros:

The bed was comfy. Plenty of receptacles for charging devices. Hardwood floors and all tiled bathroom with high end plumbing fixtures. Nice lighting with dimmers and one switch shuts off all. We wanted to do yoga on the floor so we borrowed a mat from the exercise room. This hotel is very convenient for my family with lots of great food options close by.

Cons:

You have to pay more for a better view. The rooms are smallish but adequate. I would love an option to put my subscription channels on the television on a temporary basis. The refrigerator is full of overpriced minibar items; Not much room for my leftover takeout.

I enjoy staying the hotel but the bathroom situation needs to be addressed.
Pros:

The rooms are good size. The Loction is great! The beds are very comfortable.`

Cons:

The bathroom shower had mold on it and the corners of the shower needed a deeper cleaning. We had a towel that was ripped. I had booked two rooms. One for my son and his wife. They needed to change rooms as the bathroom was shower was moldy. They changed rooms and the 2nd room had even more mold. My son is susceptible to mold!

I enjoy coming to the Indigo but cleanliness in the shower has to be addressed. the shower with mold HAS TO BE

The staff very accommodating. Great location

Cons:

Our room thermostat would not go lower 73 degrees. Also my son’s room had mold on the shower head. It was also cracked.

Our room had a cracked wall in the shower.

We had a bath towel that was visibly ripped on one corner. We needed facecloths who. We first got there.
