Belle chambre en coin avec belle vue

Cons:

À l’arrivée, gros clubbing sur place, employé de l’ascenseur crie après nous. Le lit dans la chambre n’était pas fait et des poils y étaient.

This is a fancy place witl modern design and modern art pieces. But it is still comfy, quite and has a splendid staff. I was looking for something for a resonable price at this location and was fully satisfied.

Wir haben dieses Hotel unter anderem gewählt, weil bei der Buchung angegeben war, dass "Frühstück inbegriffen" sei.

Tatsächlich erhält man pro Tag einen Gutschein in Höhe von 15 USD pro Person, den man dann in der Frühstücksbar einlösen kann. Für 15 USD kriegt man da gerade mal einen Muffin und einen Kaffee, für alles andere muss ma draufzahlen.

Das entspricht nicht den Angaben bei booking.com. Wir haben das vor Ort mehrfach angesprochen, aber uns wurde nur mitgeteilt, dass das Hotel nichts für die Angaben bei booking.com könne, was Quatsch ist, weil andere Hotels das hier deutlich kennzeichnen.

Als "Trost" wurde uns mitgeteilt dass man ja außerdem pro Tag 10 USD für room-service-Bestellungen ausgeben könne. Das ist der größte Witz. Beim room-service zahlt man dieselben Preise wie beim Früstücksbuffet (zum Beispiel 9 USD für eine kleine Spinat-Blätterteigtasche), nur obendrauf noch eine "Service Fee" von fast 50 % plus die Mehrwertsteuer plus Tax. Für die 9 Dollar-Blätterteigtasche zahlt man am Ende also über 16 Dollar (!!) beim room-service.

Insgesamt: Völlige Abzocke, da ist jedes Café in der Stadt günstiger.

Ok but a nightclub lobby and environment would not make me return
Cons:

The nightclub in hotel is loud and it took over the whole lobby at night. There were bouncers, ropes and lines of people and worse still it was SO LOUD in my room. Do not stay here if they want a relaxed calm vibe - there is no personal touch at reception - they are pleasant but they have no idea who you are as there are so many people in and out to the club. My kids got put on another floor - they also had one light by the bed unscrewed off the wall so their room was dark. The bed in my room had a "roll inwards" on the mattress so me and my husband were rolling into the middle - awful. The area at night needs vigilance- slot of homeless / beggars .
