The staff was extremely friendly.

Cons:

Stayed in the 900s room smelt like mold stayed for 4 nights bedsheets, pillows, and blankets, All smellt like mold. I also didn’t like how they tired to make me buy a timeshare even after saying no to multiple people. I didn’t stay at this resort to buy a timeshare I stayed to relax. I think you should let people know that it is not a complementary breakfast like I was told 90 minute presentation of the resort and free breakfast. ALL WRONG.

One night stay after Disney day.
Pros:

Location to Disney. Comfortable and clean.

Upon check in the parking pass was not given at the front desk. I was directed to a desk where I received a fast talking sales pitch and asked for credit card which was swiped for $40 and I asked what is that for and was told it was to hold a spot for breakfast which happened to be at a 1.5 hour presentation the next day. The plan was to check in, quick kid nap and back to the park for fireworks. I had been at Disney all day with a 6 and 7 year old who were waiting in the car with my daughter. Spent 25 min in traffic from park to resort. (7 miles) The LAST thing wanted is a sales pitch for a 1.5 hour presentation the next day- AND I told the sales clerk I have 2 kids with me and they cannot sit through the presentation...plus the timeframe would exceed checkout time. JUST TO GET MY PARKING PASS!!!!!!
The next morning, I went into the office and the front desk sent me to the conference room and told someone I could not stay for the presentation and did not want my card charged. He was pleasant and I checked my bank statement to see I was not charged.

De entrada me gustó la atención en front desk en inglés y español, luego la ubicación en el mapa para encontrar mi room, había suficiente parqueo, el edificio estaba limpio, las habilitaciones limpias, cocina con utensilios básicos, todo lo necesario para la estadía, súper bien, la piscina fabulosa, música y comida buena y precio accesible
