The room was spacious and the bathroom actually had a tub as well as a shower. What I liked most about the room was that the air conditioning was quiet and maintained a comfortable temperature, day or night. Yes, the breakfast was good, no complains. If there is one thing that I didn't like was the way this Best Western location used my credit card to place a $50 pending hold for extras. Eventually I was billed Booking.com price; at another Best Western, it just let Bookings.com do the billing. But of the three places that I stayed at for this trip, this was my favorite.
The bathroom did have a combination tub and shower. The drain plug cannot be removed; for the shower the plug has to be turned half way. I'm not sure everyone would know to do this.
It was clean and the staff very friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect.
Not a dislike only a suggestion. Make some of the further parking slots "pull through" for trailers and RV's.

We had a sudden family emergency and had to drive straight through Nevada to get home. We tried to cancel our reservation at this hotel within 24 hours of our stay. When we called, the hotel representative was unpleasant and unsympathetic to our situation. While the hotel’s policy states that cancellation before 24 hours of the stay is entitled to a full refund, cancellations within 24 hours are at the hotel's discretion. The hotel rep refused to help, didn't even ask about why we were cancelling, and suggested we go through our booking service, Bring Fido, to make the request. Our booking service, which was helpful and supportive, reached out and tried to explain the situation and was similarly rebuffed.
Not only did this Best Western charge us the full room rate for a night we didn't even stay, but they also added an extra charge. They billed us an additional $50 for what we are not sure - maybe it's their usual deposit for damage (which doesn't make sense here) or perhaps it was for two pets when we only reserved for one pet and didn’t stay. The booking service said that the hotel told them this charge would be reversed but it still shows on my credit card. We highly doubt the hotel lost a reservation because of our late cancellation. The hotel management lacks empathy, has terrible customer service, and engages in sketchy billing practices. Save your money and your sanity—do not book this hotel.
