Pros:

Ist ein sehr gutes Hotel, mit modernen Zimmern und sehr sauber. Die Mitarbeiter waren auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen.... Kommen wieder gerne!

Location and cleanliness of the entire hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
The breakfasts were excellent.

Cons:

Near the hotel some of the streets were challenging with drug takers and strong smell of urine.

Lage für Alte Oper, Shopping und Besuch am Mainufer ideal. Alles zu Fuss gut erreichbar.
Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Service Personal an der Bar könnte freundlicher sein und vielleicht auch mal lächeln

Perfekte Übernachtungsmöglichkeit für Besuch in der Alten Oper
Pros:

Das Zimmer lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alles top!
Frühstück ist ebenfalls super!

Cons:

Wir haben nichts auszusetzen!
Bei Anreise mit der Bahn höchstens die "Karlsstraße" vermeiden... Aber da kann das Hotel nichts dafür. Nichts für sanfte Gemüter. Leider schlägt Google die Route vor, obwohl es einen angenehmeren Weg gibt, der genauso kurz ist.

Pros:

Great staff, great rooms and a really handy location for the main stairway station.

Cons:

The room fridge made a couple of odd loud noises during the night. The mattress is a little more firm than I'm used to.

Pros:

not hotels fault but the square where hotel is located, there were several people doing drugs in daylight, and the top end of the street was the red-light district, which we didn't know about.
breakfast was good, and room was good too.
