The cleaning staff was very lazy, untrained, and did not understand our requests at all. Despite a number of requests the room was not cleaned, when we got back from our city tour.

Schöne Bar und insgesamt eine gute Lage um fußläufig vieles zu erreichen.
Zur Zeit einige Baustellen in Frankfurt, auch in der Nähe. Mit dem E-Bike eventuell etwas schwieriger aber eigentlich soweit wohl okay. Nachts steht das E-Bike auch sehr sicher.
Aside from the check-in issue, everything about the hotel was excellent! Comfortable, clean, quiet, and the breakfast was delicious! I'd be happy to consider this option again on future trips to Frankfurt.
The receptionist wanted to overcharge us by €50. At first, we could only pay by card, but then, when none of our cards worked on the machine, she said we could pay in cash (she'd initially said cash payments weren't allowed). When we asked why Booking.com had one price and she was asking for a different one, she said it was a deposit that wouldn't be refunded if we paid in cash. Finally, when we protested, she took the required amount without any extra charges. So be careful! Everything at the hotel was great, but I still felt like they were trying to rip us off. I'm actually glad now that the cards didn't work on the machine, otherwise I'm afraid there would have been more surprises...

Frühstück wirklich sehr toll und Zimmer modern und praktisch.
Die Lage an sich ist wirklich toll (Nähe Hbf, Zentrum), leider in einem Viertel mit vielen Problemen. Und die Lüftung auf dem Zimmer funktioniert zwar gut aber kühlen tut sie nur wenig. Insgesamt aber kein Störfaktor.
The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly, and everything went smoothly.
At night, strange people sleep in the streets around the hotel. The area around the train station is the same. I don't understand how this is possible; it's a disgrace to the whole city.
