Good bang for buck hotel
Pros:

It was fairly clean and a great value for money. Good location, there's a strip or restaurants one street over. Only a half hour walk from downtown Ottawa

Cons:

The room had a bit of a musty smell but overall not bad.

Le logement était plus grand que ce qui était annoncé. Le personnel d'accueil au moment du check-in et du check-out était tout particulièrement sympathique, accueillant, bienveillant : de vrais beaux humains !

Pas d’insonorisation du tout

Personnel gentil et bien situé

Insonorisation : 0/10. Je voulais écrire peu insonorisé, mais ce n’est PAS insonorisé. Le premier soir, on entendait les gens crier dehors, du monde rentrer dans le couloir continuer la fête, c’était chaotique mais passe encore. Le pire était la deuxième nuit. La chambre d’à côté, séparée par du papier de riz, laisse + qu’entendre ce qui s’y passe : on croirait que les conversations se tiennent à notre chevet (j’ai fait multiples enregistrements pour m’assurer que j’étais pas fou). Le couple qui était dans l’autre pièce ont crié/ri/jasé très (trop) fort de 23:00 à minuit et ça a repris de 4am jusqu’à ce que je quitte autour de 8:00. Je pourrais les blâmer, mais en même temps, ce n’est pas normal que dans un hôtel il y ait 0 insonorisation. Le but de louer une chambre, c’est de pouvoir y dormir. Or, je n’ai pas pu. Je ne recommande pas du tout cet établissement. Soyez avertis!
En bonus, la salle de bain sentait l’urine quand je suis arrivé et les serviettes avaient aussi une odeur assez écœurante.

Propreté impeccable et idéalement situé par rapport au Palais des congrès
Pros:

Tout le studio était d'une propreté exemplaire et très idéalement situé par rapport au Palais des Congrès.
Le stationnement intérieur a été fort apprécié.

Cons:

C'est malheureusement hors du contrôle de l'établissement, mais ma chambre donnait sur un bar de style boîte à chansons et vers 4h00 AM c'était très bruyant.

It’s nice to have an appartment style hotel. Super dusty under the bed, all rooms need major deep clean.
