Affordable - should have payed a little more elsewhere - won't return.

Room was sizable enough. The temperature was set and maintained quietly and comfortably.

Cons:

Room key pickup was at a remote location. "Parking Included" in another lot with entrance access via a fob. Check-in was complicated and inconvenient. Under the bed there was a thick layer of dust. The unit was advertised as a suite - iron. but no ironing board, no bedside lamps, no clock, no lounge chair or couch. Blinds did not fully close. No bath sink stopper. No indication there was an elevator. Loud voices were heard until 3:25am, several vehicle noisey accelerations throughout the night, shouting on the street. Left an impression of not being safe.
