Les gens qui font le ménage passe juste où ca parait.En dessous du lit, des meubles c’était dégueulasse.
Notre air climatisé coulait sur le dessus des armoires de cuisine qui eux étaient noirci de saletés.Donc, quand l’air climatisé fonctionnait, pleins de saletés noirs tombaient sur nous et sur le comptoir de cuisine!
Et le summum, c’est le bar juste a côté où des personnes que je connoterais d'animaux criaient/ hurlaient jusqu'à 3h du matin.Pathetique!!! Vous devriez le mentionner car, nous, on ne serait pas venu a cet endroit!

Great staff and location.
Pros:

The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful at all times.
The room/suite was big but only has windows in the bedroom. Fine for a short stay but might feel a little closed in for longer stays.
The neighborhood has a really cool pedestrian only are full of bars and restaurants. Nice food and entertainment but can be noisy at night.
Overall it was excellent value for the price and the staff, especially the front desk gent, were excellent.

Cons:

Definitely an older property and there is no elevator. No dish towel in the kitchen and everything is a bit tired, but the bed was comfortable and everything worked just fine.

Nice apartment close to everything you need.
Pros:

Great location, great value for the price, had all the comforts of an entire apartment and it was comfortable. Lots of great restaurants right next to the hotel within walking distance.

Cons:

Could of been a little bit cleaner however I think the previous occupants may of had a party there was empty cans and a bottle hidden under the sink. Pretty heavy cigarette smell in the apartment had to keep windows open so in the city you have to expect some noise with that.

Cons:

ma chambre était voisine de la ruelle avec bars et poubelles. Musique infernale avec basses fortes jusqu’à 3 heures du matin et les restaurants voisins venaient vider leurs poubelles jusqu’à minuit. Il fut impossible pour moi de dormir avant mon marathon d’Ottawa. Sinon propreté médiocre; beaucoup de cheveux et poils trouvés un peu partout.
