They didn’t especified that it was a hotel room you book for a cabin it asks you how many rooms and if you choose 1 they give you a hotel room not a cabin like in their description so you need to booked for 2 rooms so you can get a cabin so I had to pay twice the price on the spot so they can give me a cabin thats a scam

The coffee machine hadn’t been clean in months it had coffee with mold on it. I didn’t tell the staff because i found out the morning i was checking out.
The place is in the middle of the forest, which is beautiful and unique. The staff is very uninterested (the hotel had few occupied rooms, and yet they gave us a room on the ground floor, even though the price we paid was higher than the rate at the time of booking for a higher category). Warm water took a long time to come out—about 15–20 minutes. It wasn’t very clean; I found hair everywhere from the previous guests. It was very cold, and there was no heating system other than the blankets. NO wifi.
The only good thing was that the air outside was fresh and there was a coffee maker I could use to make tea.
