Cons:

My wife and I stayed 1 night on different dates a month apart. The first time, there were young girls partying up and down the hallway being loud, slamming doors yelling. We called the desk and complained since it was after midnight. It continued til after 1am. The second time we stayed a man cam in at 2am speaking loudly til about 4am. We've never experienced this in any other hotel We've stayed in. We will not be back.

Floor was dirty in the bathroom/ kitchen area… went to get into bed & my feet were filthy!

The staff was exceptionally friendly. The location was excellent too.

Cons:

I would rather have an ice machine than that ice maker that made noise when it dumped the ice, but I dealt with it

Great place to stay!
Pros:

We stayed at My Place in Billings,MT two weeks ago and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is clean, and has nicely appointed rooms. One thing we really appreciated was a refrigerator with a real freezer, not one of those dorm size models. Employees were friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful!

The handicap accessible room was excellent; a very nice bathroom/shower. This motel was very clean, close to the Interstate and a very reasonable value. It was quiet and provided a good night’s rest!

Cons:

If there was anything to share in this category, the beds were low to the ground if you have some mobility issues. However, the beds were very comfortable and a variety of pillows that were offered helped to choose the ones that provided a good, restful sleep.

We reserved a room with a kitchenette, when we attempted to cook dinner we noticed that there was no cookware, dishes or utensils. When I asked the front desk why no dishes she said people usually travel with their own. THIER OWN COOKWARE AND DISHES?!!!
