The dog area was large and right by the entrance for easy and fast access
Loved the front desk clerk. Have met him twice. Suuupeer!!! helpful. Thank you Cody for your help both times. He is a bonus to My Place as an employee. My Place needs to look after him he is so thoughtful and helps without asking and listens!! what a concept in these days of lack of personal service. We used to stay at My Place in Billings MT when they first opened then prices went up. now there is competition and prices lowered so are coming back. Wish there was a shuttle as the Billings Airport is a non service airport if your flight arrives after midnight or leaves early. and there is NO security after midnight!!!! with no taxis or ubers! Security told us when we enquired after one of these events that "we only get paid up until midnight" Super scary as a female abandoned passenger. you can be left stranded with no transportation; no security and rude Hertz rental car for $100 to get you out of the airport to a hotel. Just FYI
We had a great stay. The location and the room were great.
The Television remote didn't work, but with that being said, we were only there in the evenings and we did figure out how to work the Television without a remote.

Highly recommend. We made the unfortunate mistake of booking a very shady motel nearby (Motel 6 South) we drove by it and left out of safety. When looking to book something we could actually stay in My Place popped up, we checked it out first before just booking, absoultely great decision. This place was great, friendly staff, safe area, clean inside and outside, clean and well put together staff, rooms were perfect. No concerns. We also felt safe leaving our car in the parking lot. The atmosphere was very warm and inviting. For the price of the room and the peace of mind the value was excellent. It was so quiet in the hotel it was hard to even tell there were other guests. The staff was also really great about accomadating everything you needed, and the amenaties were everything you look for at hotels.

Pet friendly property. Full size refrigerator in room with kitchenette. Clean and comfortable. Beds on the low side in accessible room. Pillows were very comfortable.
