Foi uma boa estadia.
Pros:

Gostei da simpatia dos quartos, dos funcionários , da limpexa fantástica dos quartos e da natureza à volta do hotel. Amei a pisicna de agua super quente .Os funcionarios do restaurante são super simpaticos e tem umas pizzas no forno ótimas. O parque Manuel António fica relativamente perto mas é necessário ir de taxi

Buen hotel pero mal gerencia en el gimnasio!

La habitación estaba muy bien aunque nos encontramos hormigas en el baño,lo cual no es un problema si no llevas comida😬
Al no haber nevera le pedí a la chica que si me podía guardar las cosas en algún sitio y me dejó acceder a la cocina privada adjunta sin cargo adicional.Muchas gracias Alondra!!

No había champú en el baño
Fuimos a ese hotel solo por el gimnasio y tuvimos la mala experiencia de toparnos con la jefa o encargada de mal humor ese día.
Se nos dijo que el gim abría de 5am hasta media noche y al ir a mirar las instalaciones y cuánta gente había sobre las 20:45 o así,la encargada nos dijo que se cerraba a las 21:00,que no podíamos entrar si no teníamos la tarjeta de acceso y bla bla bla.Después de un pequeño rifirrafe con ella llegamos al acuerdo de acceder por debajo del torno y hacerle saber al guardia de seguridad que éramos del hotel.Yo decidí no ir por lo mal que me hizo sentir la encargada pero mi amigo sí.
Lo mejor fue cuando él vuelve y me comenta que no estuvo solo,que había mucha más gente allí con él, evidenciando lo que la encargada del gimnasio había estado negándome todo el rato.
La próxima vez hablen entre ustedes(hotel y gim) y pónganse de acuerdo sobre los horarios de cierre y apertura y no le hagan pasar un mal rato a la gente que vamos allí de vacaciones,por favor!

Good value for the money but room for improvement
Pros:

Location was good, all natural surroundings and sound of bird was amazing in the morning. Customer service was great.

Cons:

Room's interior needs to be improved, breakfast needs to get more options including for vegetarian, hot water and cold water faucet is bit confusing and never get right temperature for shower. It's an outdoor property so insects are the issues around the main door.

Coolt gym och trevlig personal. Helt ok alternativ om du vill bo avskilt från Quepos. Men satsa inte på ett bad i poolen

Det fanns ett coolt local ”power gym” på området.
Det var rent och det fanns gulliga hundar. Trevligt bemötande av personalen.

Cons:

Jag fick en chock när jag såg hur grumligt det var i poolen. Absolut inte såsom på bilderna. Absolut inte inbjudande.

Hela stället har haft sina glansdagar. En gång i tiden var detta säkerligen ett fint hotell men nu är känslan mer att hela stället skulle behöva en ”major” renovering.

La.pisicina y el gimnasio, de igual forma las habitaciones cómodas amplias, y que tenía para hacer café cuando ingrese, ya para ese momento era lo que estaba necesitando con urgencia asi que fue un buen detalle.

Decent stay, but room for improvement
Pros:

We stayed at Pacific Paradise Resort as part of a group tour through Costa Rica. While it wasn’t our favorite accommodation of the trip, it certainly had its good points and provided a decent place to rest after a long travel day.

The rooms were clean, spacious, and set in a lush, green environment that gave a nice tropical feel. However, one downside was the lack of a refrigerator in the room. If you wanted one, you had to pay a significant extra fee and share a small kitchenette with the neighboring room—not ideal, especially if you expected some basic private amenities. That said, the staff kindly offered to store drinks at the bar for guests, which was a helpful workaround.

The pool area is large and inviting—great for a refreshing swim—but unfortunately there were too few loungers available, and several were either broken or uncomfortable. It made relaxing by the pool a bit less appealing.

On the positive side, the staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to help. Breakfast and dinner were both nicely prepared and served with care. The breakfast buffet had a decent variety, and the evening meals were flavorful and satisfying.

All in all, Pacific Paradise offers a peaceful, green setting and a good level of basic comfort. With a few upgrades—like improved poolside furniture and more flexible room amenities—it could really stand out. Not a bad stay at all, and with the warm hospitality, it still managed to leave a generally pleasant impression.

AMAZING!
Pros:

Pros:

EVERYTHING IS BEAUTIFUL! And the hosts are so kind. The hotel is sooo relaxing, huge pool, spacious rooms with big kitchen with everything you need for a short or a long stay. Loved Pacific Paradise!
