Pool was really cold. The door to get in the hotel would not work and the door to get in the pool would not work and had to ask the staff each time. Hot tub was dirty.

The property is clean and staff was wonderful. Location is great for ease of access to everything.
Pros:

The location is great. Close to everything but not in the middle of town so allows for easier access in and out of the area. Bed was comfy and everything was clean. Staff was welcoming and very polite.

Cons:

This is probably more guests related than the hotel itself, but many people slammed the doors when entering or exiting their rooms and you could hear it. Another issue we had was someone trying to enter our room when we were sleeping, I cracked opened the door and told him he had the wrong room but he said his key said the room number we were staying in. I told him to speak with the office. I am unsure if the office actually double booked the room or if the person had incorrect information and had the wrong room.
