Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of a "Vigan vibes" hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had breakfast. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay and they have a free VIP ticket for the fountain show which is very nice. Definitely will recommend this hotel. 10/10.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The service was amazing! They have great rooms and a free breakfast you can choose which is very good! They also offer a free shuttle service to the bus station. Over all this is a must have you are coming to Vigan, Philippines!!!! Best Hotel!!!!!

We give excellent ratings across the board. The property is in a fantastic location. The staff is very nice, they made us feel at home and their breakfast was delicious. Our family enjoyed the stay. We will stay at the hotel again.
