Tökéletes, mindenkinek csak ajánlani tudom.
Pros:

Megfelelő környezetben, professzionális hozzáállással és magas szinten kivitelezett vendéglátással találkoztam. Az alkalmazottak kedvesek és segítőkészek voltak. Ha kérés merült fel rugalmasan álltak hozzá a megoldást keresve.

Nem találtam olyat, ami nekem nem tetszett.

Minden. Az elhelyezkedés, a berendezés, kiszolgálás. Az egész szálloda atmoszférája. Valamint a tető teraszról a kilátás. Végül a személyzet kedvessége és segítő készsége.

Cons:

Ilyen nem volt. Talán lehetne lift a mozgáskorlátozottak részére.

If I ever return to Jerusalem I would stay there again.
Pros:

Very good location just inside the Jaffa Gate. The decorations and "feel" were unique. It felt like something from the Ottoman Empire period! The staff are simply superb.

Cons:

The lack of a lift. But we were warned in advance.

Concerns Regarding Our Stay and the Value Provided
Pros:

The location is everything and is definitely the property's biggest selling point! The rooftop is fantastic, and both the location and the view from our room were absolutely amazing. The area can be a bit noisy, but honestly, I didn't mind it at all — it was part of the atmosphere and didn't take away from the experience.

The gentleman who appears to run the place is top-notch, professional, and makes a great impression. Unfortunately, my interactions with his sister were a very different experience. She often came across as though I was bothering her whenever I had a question or needed assistance. Her attitude felt more like “too bad, so sad” than a genuine desire to help or make guests feel welcome.

Overall, the property feels like it has seen its best days and could benefit from some renewed attention, particularly when it comes to maintenance, upkeep, and hospitality. The rooftop, incredible views, and prime location give this place so much potential. Unfortunately, the inconsistent service and general condition of the property make it difficult to overlook the shortcomings.

With a little investment in the property and a stronger focus on customer service, this could be an outstanding place to stay. The location and views are already there; the hospitality and upkeep just need to catch up.

Cons:

We experienced several issues during what was supposed to be a short stay. We were on day 58 of our travels and had experienced virtually no problems at any of our previous accommodations until arriving here, which made this experience particularly disappointing.

The price was outrageous for what we received. The room was rundown and poorly maintained, with water leaking through the bathroom walls due to an apparent plumbing issue. Even more concerning, water dripped from the air conditioning unit directly onto the desk where my laptop was sitting. I was fortunate to notice it before my laptop was potentially damaged.

Breakfast was supposed to be included in our stay, but it was not provided as promised. Instead, I had to go out and purchase basic food items just to put together a meal for our family.

The gentleman managing the property did apologize and provided some cash to help offset the inconvenience, which I appreciated. However, after speaking with other guests on the rooftop, I learned that they had experienced similar issues. Hearing their accounts made me question whether these problems were isolated incidents or part of a recurring pattern at the property.

Ultimately, the combination of the high price, poor room condition, water leaks, potential damage to personal belongings, and failure to provide the advertised breakfast made this an extremely disappointing experience. After nearly two months of traveling with virtually no issues, this property was by far one of our most frustrating stays.

I believe management needs to take a serious look at the condition of the rooms, the reliability of the advertised amenities, and the overall guest experience. The property has potential, but the current standard falls well short of what guests should reasonably expect for the price charged.

nicht empfehlenswert, aber vielleicht gibt es bessere Zimmer

Die zentrale Lage war sehr gut.

Cons:

sehr kleines Zimmer, den Koffer musste man auf den nicht benutzten 2. Bett deponieren.
Im Badezimmerlavabo kam erst lauwarmes Wasser nach längerer Zeit, Duschewasser in Ordnung.
Der Klodeckel war zu klein, passte nicht auf auf das Klosett.
ich kam so 10 Minuten vor Ende Frückstück, da waren nur noch einige Ueberreste vorhanden.

Das Frühstück war eben nicht existent, weshalb wir auswärts Frühstück gegessen haben. Dabei hat das Hotel eine derart schöne Dachterrasse, auf der man ein wunderbares, bescheidenes Frühstücksbuffet anrichten könnte.

הנוף מדהים וזו הסיבה מלכתחילה למה סגרנו את המלון יחד עם זאת השהות לא מומלצת במיוחד. סבירה.

המיקום היה מדהים ! פשוט פרייסלס והתמונות מדברות בעד עצמן. הנוף מהמרפסות והאווירה בקרבת מקום כה משמעותית. צוות המלון נעים ומסביר פנים, הראה נכונות רבה לעזור ולתת שירות טוב. למלון חוויה אותנטית וזה ניכר.

Cons:

מהרגע שנכנסים למלון מורגש שאלו כבר לא ימי "תור הזהב" שלו, אווירה קצת עמוסה בפרטים, אפילו מידי וניכר שהמלון זקוק לשיפוץ די מאסיבי. המיטות היו ממש לא נוחות וזה בלשון המעטה, מזרן עם גבעות שלא ניתן באמת לישון כמו שצריך - ביקשנו להחליף ונמסר לנו שלא ניתן להחליף מזרן. כשנכנסו לחדר המלון היה במרפסת המון צואה של יונים כולל על הכיסאות - פנינו לקבלה עם זה ומסרו לנו שבכל שעה היונים מחרבנות ולכן גם הלכלוך בלתי ניתן לשליטה - עם זאת ניכר היה שזו צואה יבשה שכנראה ישבה שם כבר יותר מיום-יומיים. בגדול מרגיש שפעם זה היה מוערך יותר והיום פחות - ככל הנראה מאחר ויש פחות תיירות בשנים האחרונות בגלל הקורונה והמלחמה וזה משפיע עליהם משמעותית.
