Exceptional location, historic communal interiors, but NO breakfast, very poor and tired rooms.
Pros:

Location: exceptional and unique.
Shared spaces like lobby and corridors: amazing and beautiful, with some historical (even if a bit eclectic) details and most definitely wonderful rooftop.

Cons:

Rooms: basic and very small, very tired and poor, smelly bathrooms.

They have stopped serving breakfast and seemingly do nothing to restart it. It was very important to us and was a major let down. Future guests should absolutely take notice that this hotel is NOT offering breakfasts any more.

This is yet another 2* hotel which capitalises on its location as the only selling point, keeping the rest in total disregard.

Расположение отличное. Непосредственно у Яффских ворот, в старом городе, в историческом особняке. Завтрак мы не брали, оценить не могу. Персонал отлично реагирующий. Говорят на иврите, английском, арабском. В лобби есть кулер и кофе-машина. На третьем этаже - смотровая терраса с хорошим обзором города.

Cons:

Поскольку отель взаимодействует с booking.com , необходимо скорректировать информацию о том, что у отеля нет парковки. Также, возможно, отель мог бы тем, кто заселяется, давать одноразовый пропуск на машину для заселения. Ближайшая городская парковка находится одной трамвайной остановке от отеля. Стоимость 22 шекеля в час. Это данные на конец августа 2026 года.
Мне бы хотелось, чтобы были в ванной гели/шампуни одноразовые. Но, безусловно, это не критично.

Местоположение отеля просто великолепно, на крыше есть обзорная площадка с которой можно наблюдать за шоу крепости Давида. Балкон выходит на улицу, где также можно наблюдать за происходящим.

Cons:

Вечером было очень шумно на улице, мыли дорогу.

מיקום מושלם! דקה מהחניון בממילא, על שער יפו, קרוב להכל אבל שקט כשסוגרים את החלון. הצוות מקסים ואדיב.
הגג עם הנוף הכי יפה בעיר!
ביחס למחירי המלונות באזור תמורה שווה לכסף.

לא לצפות לאיזה אירוח מפנק
אחלה מלון שמתאים ללינה וארגונים לפניי שיוצאים לטייל.
המרפסת היתה מאוד מג׳ויפת עם קקי של ציפורים על הכסאות ומנוע מזגן ענק בתוך המרפסת.
שמיכות ללא ציפיות, לא מקום לאנשים שרגישים לניקיון.

המיקום מושלם, ממש בתוך העיר העתיקה
ישנו גג עם נוף מהמם על העיר העתיקה שאפשר לשבת שם ולהנות מהאווירה של המקום.
החדר היה גדול ומרווח, עובדי המלון היו נחמדים מאוד.

Cons:

בגלל המיקום המרכזי יש הרבה רעש מהרחוב שנשמע בחדר.
המיטות לא נוחות .

Pros:

Un hotel muy antiguo con buena ubicación.

Cons:

El hotel no tiene servicio de comidas, las habitaciones están llenas de polvo, humedad, el techo de mi habitación tenía un agujero. Los restaurantes de al lado estafan a los turistas cobrando 160 shekels por un shawarma.

GORGEOUS building - EXCEPTIONAL staff - PRIME location
Pros:

Rahia and her father (the owners) are EXCEPTIONAL human beings. They made my trip to Israel become something I never could have expected. GORGEOUS building in the heart of Jaffa Gate/Old Jerusalem/Western Wall/Al Aqsa Mosque. Definitely will be back someday.

מיקום מעולה, מלון מיוחד עם אווירה לא שגרתית !
Pros:

מלון מיוחד עם אווירה מיוחדת. קצת מאתגר ללא מעלית אבל ממש לא נורא, מיקום מעולה בשער יפו, קרוב לכל האתרים בירושלים העתיקה, לקניון ממילא ולרכבת הקלה.
חניה בעייתית למי שבא עם רכב, אפשר לחנות בחניון ממילא ב 70 ש"ח ליום.
עקב מיעוט אורחים לא נפתחה ארוחת בוקר, אבל היו מאפים ושתיה חמה וקרה חופשיים בלובי.

צוות אדיב וחייכן שקשוב לכל פניה

We had a great stay. exceeded our expectations beyond and beyond. 120 years old building, fully decorated in every corner and with the relevant details. at the entrance to the old city, two minutes walk from the Mamila shopping center and parking. The staff was warm, welcoming and eager toa assist
