La miglior struttura di Gerusalemme
Pros:

Di questo hotel mi é piaciuto veramente tutto, dalla posizione che credo sia la migliore che si possa avere a Gerusalemme, la pulizia, l'accoglienza dello staff e la maestosità degli ambienti comuni, si cammina letteralmente in un museo.

Overall good stay, really enjoyed the location and hotel historic atmosphere
Pros:

Great location and ambiance with lots of history inside
Very friendly and helpful staff
Large family room good for 4 people

Cons:

Lack of appropriate bedding: no duvet provided, only sheet and bed cover which is not hygienic to use for sleeping.
Warmer synthetic blankets folded in the closet were of unappealing quality.

Pros:

The location is the biggest advantage. It’s right by Jaffa Gate, at the entrance to the Old City. If you’re visiting Jerusalem for religious sites, especially the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, this is one of the most convenient places to stay. You can walk everywhere.

Cons:

The location is excellent, but the room felt small for what we paid.

Emplacement parfait, le personnel est genial..

המיקום היה מעולה והנוף מהמרפסת מהמם

Cons:

כשהגענו המקום היה נראה לנו מוזר ולא כמו שחשבנו. ציפינו למשהו אחד וקיבלנו בניין בסגנון ערבי וקצת מרתיע. כשנכנסנו לחדר הוא ממש לא היה החדר שראינו בתמונה ושדרגנו בשבילו בתוספת של 200+ שקלים. הקירות בחדר היו מלוכלכים בצבע, היו חורים בתקרה, הברז במקלחת היה תקול ומשפריץ לכל עבר והמזרן במיטה היה קשה כמו אבן. קיווינו וציפינו שבתמורה למחיר הגבוהה ששילמנו נקבל חווית שהייה מושלמת, אבל התאכזבנו ברגע שנכנסנו והתנחמנו בזה שמדובר רק בלילה. בנוסף יצא לנו שלוש פעמים להמתין מתחת למלון בכניסה שיפתחו לנו מעל ל10 דקות, גם באמצע הלילה וגם בבקרים. נכנסנו רק כשהתקשרנו לקבלה ואז ענו אחרי כמה שיחות ופתחו או שבפעם אחרת נכנסנו רק אחרי שהפקיד הכין לו אוכל בסתלבט ללא תשומת לב לאנשים שאמורים להגיע למלון. התאכזבנו ברמות, לא נמליץ ולא נחזור לשם שוב.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war großartig. Die Lage am Jaffa-Gate ist sehr gut, direkt in der Altstadt. Kostenpflichtige Parkhäuser und Parkplätze sind im Umfeld vorhanden

If you appreciate experiencing the past, this is the place for you
Pros:

This is the 2nd time I have stayed here & will definitely stay again. Tops is the people who work there & the location. The breakfast is exceptional.

Cons:

We ran the bathroom heater all night & blew a fuse but that was stupidity on our part & the issue was handled quickly.
