Front desk staff (I cant remember her name) was amazing! Very kind and helpful.

Cons:

The first room I was in had an awful smell. There's no elevator so you have to carry your suitcase up the stairs.

Pros:

The laundry room was cheap for a load. They had lots of complimentary things if you forgot them.

Cons:

Beds are hard. Rooms are pretty empty and not personable. We had a party of 5 and they gave us 2 double beds and I thought there was a couch in the room but there wasn't but half the room was empty like there was a couch there at some point. And they don't offer rollaway beds. We had to go buy a cot for my son.
