Disrespectful
Pros:

I filed a complaint because the property owner disregard our do not disturb sign and had carpet cleaners go in and clean our floor. They moved our things and left the floor wet for the remainder of our stay. Worst of all the manager/owner didn't apologize, instead he argued he made the right choice to invade our space.

I will not be using Americinn in the future because of the shower saftey issues.

Easy to get to room.
Hot tub was hot.
Cleanliness was good for the most part.

Cons:

Free breakfast Food was blah and cheap variety brands. Upon entering our room we found a empty beer can under the nightstand.
Owners left a lot of notes and rules printed out 😳 for guests. Made you feel slightly uncomfortable.
Room rate was too high for accommodations.
Will not recommend.

Pros:

Parking and easy access to hotel, location of hotel, size of room, breakfast was good, pool and jacuzzi area nicest we've seen in some time.

Cons:

There was an odd smell near front desk when we were returning from hospitality room to our room. Possibly weed, not certain.

We stay here every year when visiting family, it has the most accommodating staff, great breakfast, and quiet and clean rooms. We always feel at home here when entering the doors.

A fun fantastic stay, even with some let downs still turned out to be a great vacation spot.
Pros:

This is our second year staying, same room and everything. Myself, my boyfriend, my 7 year old and our senior dog. We love this hotel, especially the pool and hot tub. Breakfast is always really good too.

Cons:

With this being our second year, there were a few things that were different in a bad way. First going into the hotel room, we immediately noticed a really bad smell coming from the bathroom. It seemed to lessen as we showered but it was a really awful smell. The body wash was empty in the shower, we were already almost out of toilet paper, and the ice bucket was wet inside and dirty. I noticed around the mattress, near headboard, and the floor under headboard and around the middle nightstand were covered in past pet hair, dander, crumbs, debris, etc. it looked pretty gross and like it’s never been touched with a vacuum. Lastly, the pool… everything was slimy inside and clearly not being cleaned out with a net, lots of floating debris, hair, etc. The ground in the pool room itself was pretty gross, I wiped the towel on the ground a couple times and it came up almost black because of how dirty the floor was. At that point I was looking at everything around me in the hotel and noticed in general, things are clearly not being wiped down, vacuumed, and disinfected as it should be, if at all.

A Comfortable Sleep and Helpful Friendly Staff
Pros:

We really like the softness of the bed and pillows. Sheets were very soft against the skin. Also. I loved the spa-like scent of the shampoo/conditioner and body wash that was easy to use and hanging on the wall of the shower. Also the fact that there was a bathtub. Amenitites in the room was great- wifi, outlets for plugging in as well as USB outlets in the lamp base next to beds and on desk, personal coffee maker with plenty of pods and tea bags, refrigerator, and microwave. The breakfast had plenty of options with hot and cold food, as well as 24 hr coffee in the lounge. There pool temp was comfortable and the hot tub was hot, which isn’t always the case in other hotels. The staff was very friendly and helpful when our vehicle was stuck in their parking lot, at absolutely no fault to the hotel, and did everything they could to accommodate us.

Cons:

The only complaints I had was the hair dryer wasn’t very powerful and the handle was sticky. Also, there was only one drawer for storing clothes in addition to the closet. I like to put my family’s clothes in the drawers if I’m staying more than one night so I don’t need to dig in my suitcase.
