A place with huge potential, but...
Pros:

The room is extremely spacious, the colonial/republican style makes it very special. On top of this, the top-notch location right across the main Plaza "Parque Calderón". The breakfast at the connected cafetería/restaurant is not extremely huge but sufficient and delicious. The place has extremely high potential!

Cons:

The owner of the property isn't using the potential this property has:
- The shower is in dire need of refurbishment: The once fancy shower isn't working properly, I had a hard time making the knobs work without flooding the bathroom. Accumulation of moisture is notable, there are 2 fragrance dispensers to cover it, one of which also in need of maintenance, making aweful noises.
- The windows need to be soundproofed. The proporty was constructed in a time when there was less traffic, furthermore there is a nightclub in the same street, the extremely high volume of their music will certainly disturb your sleep until the early hours of the morning, unless you decide to join the party, of course!
- Quite a hassle to obtain my invoice, the reception sent it to the wrong email initially, due to a typo made by them.

Tolle Lage sehr schönes altes Haus. Nettes Personal. Alles sehr saube, Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt Frühstück war lecker am letzten Tag dürfen wir tauschen und hatten das typische ecuadorianischen. Zimmer 7 hat kein Fenster nur zur Terrasse diese ist sehr schön. Kleine Küche mit Mikrowelle und Grundausstattung

Die Lüftung/Abzug die genaue vor unserem Zimmer war, war wirklich laut und hat gewummert und vibriert.

Pros:

Centralne położenie hotelu. Zachowany kolonialny styl. Duże pokoje. Fantastyczna i bardzo pomocna obsługa. Bardzo dobre śniadanie przygotowane nawet poza standardowym czasem serwowania śniadań w hotelu

Hotel położony przy malej ale mocno uczęszczanej uliczce więc trzeba się liczyć z hałasem.

A mi novio y a mi nos encantó mucho nuestra habitación, lo cómoda, espaciosa, y limpia que estaba. El desayuno es simple

La locación es espectacular, estás cerca de todo. Me todo la habitación 004, y mi vista era espectacular, la habitación tenía pasillo, una mini cocina, era muy grande y espaciosa, la cama muy cómoda.

Cons:

No paso en mi habitación, pero a mis amigos le querían cobrar 15 USD adicionales porque la toalla del piso de la ducha estaba un poco manchada con pisadas de zapatos. Me pareció inapropiado, porque evidentemente la toalla del piso se ensuciara más.

Buen lugar para hospedarse y disfrutar lo clásico, pero hay pequeños detalles que mejorar.

La fachada se ve impecable, el interior conserva el diseño antiguo, y la atención del personal es muy buena.

Cons:

Yo viajé por trabajo, la calidad del internet es muy mala. Finalmente, está bien que conserven el diseño antiguo pero hay que hacer reparaciones en varias cosas, hay dificultad para cerrar la puertas antiguas, las ventanas que dan a la calle casi no aislan el ruido de autos y personas.
