Professional property host/manager
My stay was short but I enjoyed every bit. The staffs were very polite and nice team. I love to be back again
First I used bathroom and got locked in but the key lock was broke. Management responded quickly but not able to fix broke door casing to get me out. I myself was fine and seeing the funny inside,, they were concerned that I was ok.. Could have been so bad for a person staying alone and get locked in....
The bathroom had black mold on ceiling.. And musty smell in room
Great people there and make you feel so welcome all the time.
The free breakfast was ok but not much to choose from. not my kind of food as i'm from another country. never been where complementary breakfast is for only one when you are a party of 2.. Booked for 2 i would always have to ask for another towel.... the bed was to short for tall people of 5'8"+
.
The pool wasn't so clean to be inviting to swim.
with some good maintenance this is a great place to visit with live entertainment. I loved the friendly atmosphere.
Excellent stay. Thanks
We enjoyed our 8days stay.
My Expedia booking was not honoured even after nearly an hour trying to produce the Receipt with poor Wifi (I showed them the Booking Confirmation sheet). When I gave them the Receipt they insisted upon also having the still refused to give me a room.
Therefore I had to pay again as it was now late at night and they would not even try to call Expedia to ascertain whether or not we were entitled to a room.
I put in a call to Expedia later that night and the attendant said he would look into it and let me know the outcome. I have heard nothing since.
The hotel is not bad but the staff even though they try are poorly trained, especially the unpleasant man who runs the gym (which is open at someone other than the guests' convenience for about 4 hours a day!). The Manager is inaccessible and therefore completely useless. We have not heard or seen anything from him after all that happened that night. Luckily we checked out the next day instead of staying for the two nights originally planned.
Above all they need to train the staff in customer service and get rid of the useless manager.
