Lack of airport trollies available for luggage due to being a little bit of a walk and hassle with baggage to or from one and another.

Signage and directions from the airport were poorly marked, although not an IBIS issue.

Only 1 pillow
Location and proximity to the airport. Hotel was clean. Staff were friendly. I like that there were 2 pillow per person if there was 2 people- rare in budget hotels and nice that there was tea and coffee offered in the room.
The shower head was in a ball and wouldn't stay upright when showering. The room has a draught from the window, making it quite cool. There is aircon and blanket to help. There is traffic noise etc but I wouldn't have noticed if sleeping. No lift but was aware before booking.
