Cheap and very very basic, you get what you pay for

Cons:

Tv didn’t work originally, no soap provided, towels not changed daily, had night duty manager knocking on room next door at midnight, other guests smoking in their rooms - smelt throughout.

Beds are comfortable and have clean, good quality sheets

Cons:

Staff not friendly, welcoming, or focussed on the customer. They appear to have little knowledge of hospitality and customer service .
Room and hallways smelled.
Air conditioning did not work
Very noisy from traffic on the Hume Highway
The whole place needs a good deep clean and a facelift.
Hard to believe it’s associated with Accor.

Bathroom was dated and a little dirty. Other patrons smoking in the stairwell and room causing smoke alarm to go off.
