The aircon was broken.
Kmart can provided to which was filled with dust and broken they gave an alternative which was working but dusty
The floor I was on literally smelt like weed & cigarettes to which the facility did not care for the three day/night I was present

Cons:

The exit door nearby to the stairs can be annoying when it slams shut as you're in bed or asleep. It would have been easier if the powerpoints where kettle/bar fridge are were both working, also as this hotel isn't staffed 24/7 their should be access to a microwave even when staff have left as this is very difficult to troubleshoot especially with kids. The soap in shower was empty within a day so clearly not checked beforehand and lucky I'd brought soap with us
