Ibis stay
Pros:

Friendly staff and helpful. Ideal location . Had an issue with the bed not been made, but staff member was helpful and bought sheets and pillow cases and made the bed for us. Thank you

Cons:

Poor lighting in the room. When we arrived 18th April, 2026 the bed in the room wasn't made and old bed sheets were on the floor.

At $99 a night, I don’t know.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable, very important for me, needs more pillows though.

Cons:

Well where do I start? There was no remote control for the TV so very quiet night by myself. I contacted Reception only to be told we don’t keep extras, sorry. We can move you if you like would have been nice but no. The drink machine was out of order and they didn’t sell drinks over the counter. The air con was very scary. It was held in with sticky tape, silicone I think and is that mould mixed with the silicone. The power points were also held in with sticky tape. With so many problems the $50 deposit they take in case I did any damage is a joke.

I have told the staff so many times to clean my son’s room. Now one did. We threw all the rubbish and we cleaned his room

Pleasant overall.
Pros:

Clean sheets,firm bed.

The room could be cleaner, less noisy, hotel easier to enter.

Have stayed here a number of times and find it’s a good location for being close to our family plus it has all we need f
Pros:

Staff are lovely. Property is clean. Breakfast could be improved on such as fresh fruit and more yoghurt- I only saw a couple of yoghurts there when we had breakfast. Although clean they need more dishes and cutlery. But none of it was a deal breaker or awful. They had a pancake machine and a new coffee machine so are trying to improve.

Cons:

I’m not keen on now having to pay $10 a day for parking. It isn’t secure parking.

Comfortable enough for a 1-night stay
Pros:

Comfortable bed, good location for our purposes.

Cons:

The bathroom door needs to be anchored & covered with a pelmet.
Air-con was not easy to adjust. Minimal lighting. Fee for parking.
The bed was pushed hard into the corner which made it difficult for one of us to get in & out as we are older people.
Entry & exit had to be via the reception door only.
