Would be nice if they checked behind the tv and cleaned it properly

Cons:

It wasn’t very clean as there was lots of chuck of dust behind the TV.

No hand towel for sink.

No captions on TV as we were both deaf.

Pros:

Ibis has always been a budget friendly quick location for last minute bookings. We have stayed many times, never had issues, good place when just needing somewhere to stay the night.

Cons:

Our rooms had lots of little cockroaches all throughout it, it has been brought up with the Ibis and we have been advised they need to investigate. Still awaiting a final solution response

Pros:

Very small rooms and there is really no where to eat in the room unless on the bed.
The bathroom is like a capsule.
I found it hard to get in and out of.
The staff were lovely that's one thing i couldn't fault.

Cons:

The size of the room and the bathroom was extremely hard to get in and out of.
No where to sit and eat anything.
