Very disappointed, yes had value for money but wouldn't recommend.

Cons:

The room had baby cockroaches on the roof, I had to remove my child from the top bunk because of this. The airconditioner did not work and was very loud, the room temp stuck at 26 degrees and was hot and uncomfortable.

It was decent, you get what you pay for.
Pros:

Room was decent for the price. Cleaners came in once to change the garbages and change the towels. Staff were friendly.

Cons:

It was not a king bed, it was two singles pushed together so we constantly fell through and got stuck throughout the night. Beds never got made. There were no products supplied except a single all in one in the shower. The breakfast has the worst hours, i paid extra to have breakfast included and didn’t end up using it once because it was at such an inconvenient time. The underside of the bed had empty bottles and garbage. It is a 30 minute drive out of downtown.

Pros:

Clean, quiet, decent breakfast. Sufficient to my needs. Continues the Formule1 consistant standard.

Cons:

Small milks in fridge were frozen. Very minor. Fridge needed adjustment.

Best value in the area for a short stay.
Pros:

Very clean room with modern furnishings that make the small space comfortable and convenient. The room has all the basics you need for a good nights rest. Surprisingly quiet given the location next to a main road.

Cons:

The air conditioning is a bit old and noisy, but once the room was cool I didn’t need to leave it on. Can also open the window for fresh air.

I am writing to formally complain about my recent stay at your hotel, which was significantly below acceptable standards and did not match the description or expectations set at the time of booking.
First, the condition of the room was unsatisfactory. The bed was unstable and moved when used, as it was not securely fixed. The carpet was dusty and unclean, and I observed cockroaches in the room. The bathroom facilities were very old and poorly maintained compared to other hotels I have stayed in. Overall cleanliness was inadequate, and the room did not meet basic hygiene standards. I was also disturbed by housekeeping practices. I personally witnessed used bedsheets being dropped directly on the ground behind the hotel before being collected. This is unhygienic and unacceptable for items that come into direct contact with guests. I have photographic evidence of this incident.

Cons:

There was also a serious issue with billing. When I booked online, the total price displayed was approximately $597.50 However, my credit card was charged about $869.40 without prior notice or clear explanation. I have screenshots showing the original quoted price. When I raised this with the reception, I was told to contact the third-party booking platform. I consider this discrepancy misleading and request a full explanation and appropriate reimbursement.
In addition, I was assured at check-in that I could check out in the evening on my final day. Despite this agreement, staff later knocked on my door insisting that I check out immediately and denied any knowledge of the arrangement. This was disruptive and unprofessional. The website also advertised included breakfast and free Wi-Fi, but I was not properly informed about or provided access to these services during my stay.
