My stay turned out to be an unpleasant experience.

Overall, it was a really bad experience.
Pros:

Staffs were friendly and supportive.

Cons:

The bedsheets, quilt, pillows, and bathroom were all dirty. There were marks, small moustaches, and beard hair all over the bedsheets, quilt, and pillows. The toilet bowl had yellow sticky residue on the seating area.

At midnight, one of the guests reported being stung by an insect in the bed. He came downstairs to dispose of the old quilt and request a new one, and his hands were swollen.

In terms of cleanliness, this hotel has severely disappointed me. This was my second time staying at this hotel, and I encountered the same issue again. We are paying to stay here, and at the very least, we expect basic cleanliness, if not more.

Location..great access to public transport right out the front...choices of a few eateries within 100mts...value for money..will consider coming back for future vacations to stay..
