Pros:

The hotel driver, Mr Liong K was absolutely amazing! He was the first person to greet us at the airport upon our arrival to Bali and started out our trip making us feel very welcomed! Our room (and the cedar bath tub!) were beautiful and relaxing. Great central location to walk and enjoy Ubud. We would absolutely book the Bisma Eight in a heartbeat.

Pros:

Very nice hotel but also expensive. I loved this hotel and teh archityecture. Most eco friendly place I stayed in my recent years. I would definitely stay here next time I am in the region.

Pros:

The layout of the room was very good. The bed was very comfortable. There was a smart TV, so that was a nice bonus for rainy days. The soaking wooden tub was nice, it did leak all over the floor though and got some of our clothes dirty. However, The staff was super helpful, and did all of our laundry at no extra cost. The staff is what makes this place nice, because there are some areas where you can see the wear and tear, and the patch up work wasn't done properly. The pool was small relative to the number of guests, and the food at breakfast place and copper kitchen was not good at all. Overall, the place was not on par we've stayed at in Bali

I rarely write a review for a property but this one deserves it. We stayed at more expensive Hyatt properties during our one week stay but this one actually made us feel like we were living at our own home. Their hospitality and service was on par with Hyatt Alilas Villas and Andaz Bali, but they went above and beyond when we had to leave the hotel at 4am to catch our flight. They had a breakfast box packaged up in the car ready for our one hour drive to the airport. They also grow their own veggies for the in hotel restaurant and the staff was excited to share the details with us when we stopped in for a bite. I can’t wait to go back

Bonus: it’s only 3 minute walk to the Monkey Forest

Pros:

Centre location in Ubud. Nice breakfast and beautiful pool view. The only drawback is the surrounding area is quite noisy and road is difficult to walk due to busy traffic.

Very beautiful and well maintained villas. Perfect location just off Ubud’s main street (4 minute walk) with plenty to do. Lots of good food and drink options. The villas felt very safe. The entire bottom floor is open air so be aware of potential bugs, however was not much of an issue for us. I would highly recommend staying here!
