New Orient Landmark Hotel

Very bad experience for staying this hotel. Even it’s non smoking floor, it’s smoking smell everywhere. Bad smoking smell in the room and also the blanket and pillows. My kids kept complaining and do not want to stay there.

slow checkin, also being told to find mgr to jave sth special once we checkout later during checkin, however, nth special when we really find the mgr at the time to check out, waste my time

Before I get into the downers, some good aspects include the friendly staff and its close proximity to the old town landmarks.
Now the downers, to get to residential level you’ll have to switch elevators which is kinda inconvenient; the room while basically clean, has weird smells of smoke and mold; the casino is not appealing, especially when compared to nearby Grand Libosa or the Venetian casino. Overall, I only stayed one night despite having booked two, and switched to Venetian Macau right away.

Great environment and service! The price is cost effective. Will come again.

Hotel service has deteriorated. The carpets need vacuuming, extra attention and time in cleaning the room, and no turn-down room service. The newspapers have changed too. I could not get hold of the South China Morning Post as China Daily is the only papers available. Being a regular guest, I was appalled by the unfavorable and slow service as most staff have resigned. I had to ring for newspapers and fruit as records of regular guests was overlooked. Very disappointed in this trip !

Location quite good. Clean, but a little bit small in room size.

Overall ok, but my room is noisy at night the first night because I can hear next door talking loudly.

Good room. Promise of happy hour and cocktail hour broken.

Love the hotel. Room was huge, room service breakfast was filling and not expensive. Only thing I can think of changing is the bathroom is dim. You could make it brighter or add another light near the sink to shave with.

The only fault was a lack of courtesy bus, which most other hotels in the area offer.

Property was ok but staff was not at all , unfriendly,don't speak English.

I liked everything about it and its location being a short taxi ride from Macau Ferry is excellent.

the room smelled of damp. the key cards were not working. the lift set up is stupid. and its in serious need of an overhaul. the people working there were nice

Liked the roominess of the room, but definitely lacks cleanliness and service.

Although there is no shuttle bus provided but the hotel rooms is still very good and my mum and I enjoyed it.

The staff are friendly and helpful. Though it is a bit troublesome to change lifts at level 6 in order to go to the rooms, there is always a staff there to help you. Good service. I enjoyed my stay and will recommend this hotel to my friends and relatives.
