Convenient location and accommodating staff
Pros:

It’s right in the middle of old town, walking distance everywhere. Plenty of food options nearby. Staff is very sweet and accommodating. They asked us if we would like our room cleaned, even though we were only staying for two nights. We ordered a Grab to the airport, but it let us wait for half an hour driving around town and then cancelled our booking. The receptionist called their driver right away and arranged for us to be picked up immediately (15 min wait), even though it’s the lunar holidays. Very quiet, despite being in the middle of old town (we stayed on the top floor).

Cons:

Though clean, the interior is a bit outdated. No issue for us, but keep in mind you’ll be given a physical roomkey + electricity card, instead of a card only.

すごく良い
Pros:

うるさい街の中だが部屋は静か。バルコニーもあり、外の様子も伺えた。スタッフもフレンドリー。部屋は広く快適でYouTubeも完備していた為、長旅の自分は日本のニュースをチェックでき良かった。Wi-Fiも速度十分。

悪い点は特にない。

Value for money
Pros:

Very helpful staff ,it was my second time at blue Hanoi inn and excellent support from Nancy and Sofiie.
They extended their help for bookings rescheduling and booking for cruise .
It's excellent experiece.

The location is just perfect and in market accessible to most of the things .

Lovely motel, very clean and had great service from the reception highly recommended.
