Grazie allo staff!
Pros:

Soggiorno davvero piacevole! L’albergo si trova in una posizione fantastica, proprio nel cuore del centro, comodissima per visitare tutto a piedi. La camera era spaziosa, pulita e dotata di tutti i servizi necessari per un soggiorno confortevole.
Un ringraziamento speciale va allo staff della reception: ragazze e ragazzi gentilissimi, sempre disponibili e premurosi. Ci hanno accolto con grande calore e attenzione, facendoci sentire subito a casa e senza farci mancare nulla. Un gesto davvero apprezzato è stato anche quello di averci pagato il taxi per l’aeroporto, segno di grande cura verso gli ospiti.
Esperienza assolutamente positiva, lo consiglio vivamente!

Skvělá volba v centru města
Pros:

Hotel má skvělou polohu přímo v centru města. Čistota, ochota personálu i vybavení pokoje byly na vysoké úrovni.

Cons:

Snídaně byla každý den stejná, proto by stálo za to nabídku občas obměnit. Přesto je dostatečná a určitě neodejdete hladoví.

Ideales Hotel für einen Tirana-Aufenthalt
Pros:

Das Sar'otel überzeugt mit seiner tollen Lage (Nähe Skanderbeg-Platz, Neuer Markt) und auch mit sehr freundlichen und kompetenten Persona.
Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl - auch wenn die Zimmer-Einrichtungen mal wieder aufgefrischt werden könnten.

I liked everything about this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel was very clean, the location was central and convenient, and the price was very reasonable. Everything was excellent.
