Pros:

La situación es inmejorable y el trato de los empleados, sobre todo las dos chicas de recepción, amabilísimo.

Muy buena relación calidad-precio

Cons:

El desayuno en temporada baja es a las carta y esa carta es muy reducida con lo que acaba siendo muy repetitivo.

La habitación necesita un retoque.
La pantalla de la lámpara estaba rota, algunos picotazos en los muebles y cortinas con agujeros.

Completely ok for a two-day business trip.
Pros:

I always like this hotel. I used to stay here a lot then changed when once it was booked out. Location is good, staff excellent.

Cons:

It is a bit tired in certain areas, and needs some upgrading. I understand they are redoing the gym, and could also improve small things like the room safes (simply too small to be of any use). Room furniture too is feeling its age - desk, bed (ok but not great). Look, it's more than ok but in a competitive world just a few refinements are important.

Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία στο κέντρο της πόλης. Το πρωϊνό ήταν πλούσιο υψηλής ποιότητας, τα δωμάτια ευρύχωρα και άνετα. Το προσωπικό του ξενοδοχείου ευγενέστατο και πρόθυμο να μας δώσει πληροφορίες και να καλύψει όλες τις ανάγκες μας!

The hotel is at excellent location 5-7 mins away from the city center by walk, the breakfast can improve.. the room is very nice & clean the staff is great, Ms. Bona absolutely nice lady she helped me a lot with many things she suggested me so many places to explore she was always there for us.. the guy from Vlora at night shift a very kind person he suggested me some traditional restaurants i would rate 10/10
everything was good i will definitely return to this hotel ..

Absolutely Outstanding Stay at Sar’ Boutique Hotel – Tirana

Sar’ Boutique Hotel is truly a gem in Tirana. The location is perfect—central, convenient, and close to everything—yet still quiet and relaxing. The hotel itself is beautifully appointed, modern, spotless, and incredibly comfortable.

What really made my stay exceptional, though, was the staff—especially Val Bona. From my very first day to my last, her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care were remarkable. She went above and beyond in every way, even arranging a pre-paid taxi to the airport for me at 1:00 AM, which gave me complete peace of mind. That level of service is rare and deeply appreciated.

This is by far one of the nicest and friendliest hotels I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. If you’re coming to Tirana, do yourself a favor and stay here—you won’t regret it.
