Well located and very good service.
Pros:

The hotel is very well located for most business purposes, I had a pleasant stay and staff were all very helpful. Quite a few dining options around the hotel within walking distance.

Jackhammering on your roof (or wherever it was) at 0300 on Sunday morning woke me up. PLease defer work to daylight hours.

This stay was much better than the last.

5 stay hotel for me.
Pros:

BW+ Mahboula is a best hotel. It has gym, pool and fantastic breakfast. Clean room and wonderful view over looking the ocean and Kuwait magic mall. The staff from receptionist to security all are very helpful. I would highly recommend. Although Radisson has offered me a good rate with Park inn. But, I intend to stay with this hotel.

I enjoyed my stay. I guess you can say I am family since I am a regular guest there. I just can’t wait till they fix the cable for the channels ( English). Also the selection of the breakfast could be a little more appetizing. It seem to be the same flavor every morning. Give a little turn of other cultures flavors. Overall I am happy with my stay.

Lovely place to stay with a nice heated pool
Pros:

Not a bad hotel at all, the heated pool was a nice way to end the day. Jaidulisla the cleaner for Mumbai was friendly and attentive to my cleaning needs. The rooms were spacious and everything was quick and easy to check-in. Nice place in the south of Kuwait City.

Pros:

I wished they had a microwave in the room. Also I did not like the hanging hooks and towel racks. They are sooo high. I almost fell trying to retrieve a towel. Please try to lower it. Think of us short people. Thank you in advance.

TVs are worn out and the pixels are holding less colour. Replace all TVs.

Nothing works
Pros:

I had to complain 3 times that the internet does not work until someone came and fixed the router in the room. There was no hot water in the evening - after complaining and 2-3 hours water got somehow warm but it was hot next morning.
the advertised 24/7 room service is not available - I had to start work at 4:30am and I was told that room service (breakfast) is only available after 5 am
hangers in the bathroom fell down as soon as I wanted to hang a towel

Excellent stay..!
Pros:

A Good Place with all amenities. Close to supermarkets. Had good time staying. Food was delicious and worth for money. Staff were very polite and supportive. Air port Pick & drop facility provided was on-time.
