Horrible
Pros:

Brooks crosswell was not polite rude as hell. No sense of humor and nobody came clean my room i cleaned it myself i even vacuumed smh horrible this then i asked for a discount for the matters and my wifi was messed up for the longest but the tall black guy came over and fixed the problem he was awesome. The experience was not good not friendly i couldn’t work with this supervisor he need to get another job then he wasn’t helpful with helping me fill the application out i was interested in helping with front desk 3-11p he just not fit for the position he ain’t a people person he too hard hearted

Cons:

Sorry that info in the other box and i didn’t like nothing about the stay ridiculous.

Wonderful Stay in OC
Pros:

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and the room had everything we needed. We had a beautiful view of the ocean and boardwalk. You cannot beat the location. Beds were very comfortable. We loved having breakfast at the restaurant located on the boardwalk.

Cons:

The only issue I have is paying for parking but I know all the hotels are doing it.

Pros:

The room was overall very spacious and clean. Kitchen was equipped with all items necessary for cooking. Staff was generally nice. We only had an issue with one gentleman when checking in that charged some guest $20 a day for parking but did not charge other guest. Ultimately we got a refund for that. If we would have to pay to park at the hotel we already paid 100’s of dollar for a room to stay at, I would not return. Otherwise no issues with the hotel or location. Very close to the boardwalk and other attractions.

Liked the location, Desk staff was nice.

Cons:

For the price for the weekend we went was outrageous for a budget room. Bathroom was across the hall. And when checking under beds to make sure we didn't leave anything found to go containers from previous stay. I thought I smelled something but couldn't figure it out. Plus no elevator so the 3 flights of steps would be challenging for someone who couldn't do steps. I'm sure the better rooms were more comfortable.

Oceans Calling Festival Weekend
Pros:

Room was clean when we arrived. Housekeeping very friendly. Perfect location. We came for the Oceans Calling festival and everything was easliy walkable.

Pros:

We stayed in a three bed room. Which we had no clue it was across the street. It was small and like attic you had to watch your head. The worst part of all was it had bed bugs. The manager was rude and act like it was out fault. The girl the next morning at the desk was very nice. But I would never stay there dont wast Your money not worth the price or the bed bugs.

We stay in a 3 bedroom and it had bed bugs. We checked in at 11pm went in to go bed and woke up being ate up. Went down and the guy was never at the desk. Once found him he changed us room and the manager was lole he didnt
