Overall, I’d stay here again, good price just minor issues
Pros:

Walking distance to the beach

Cons:

There is no air flow in the rooms to allow for anything to air dry, so the air is very stuffy. Also, the air conditioner in the room (111) was so extremely loud it was difficult to sleep, also the bathroom has mold

Not good.
Cons:

Our room was extremely dirty, the bathroom had no trash can, there was no where to put your things once you were in the bathroom. Long black hairs everywhere all over the sink and toilet. Our refrigerator smelled bad, bottles underneath the bed. Stains on sheets.

Room was dirty, halls were dirty, you can hear everyone in the other rooms. For something cheap it works.
Pros:

Location was right by the boardwalk

Cons:

No elevator so you had to go up three flights of steps carrying all your stuff, the rooms were TINY, not very clean at all. The pool didn’t open till 10 when check out is at 11. And you can hear EVERYONE in the other rooms.

Underwhelming
Pros:

The location on 14th Street for the air show and the swimming pool were exceptional.

Cons:

VERY LOUD outside the rooms. Very loud neighbors, very thin walls (kids TV shows blasting at 7am), police activity in the hallway in the middle of the night, All of the doors slam super loud...We barely slept for two nights. Had to blast AC just to drown out some noise and we had an end room.

The TV was awful (reception and size) , there was no closet (just a tiny hanging rack), parking is SUPER tight, the internet was down and our toilet broke...they fixed it.
