Pros:

The staff at the reception was very good. There is a breakfast bag for those who leave the hotel early. The staff makes sure that a taxi is waiting outside the hotel at exactly the appointed time.

Cons:

There is no possibility of turning off the light above the large window behind the curtain. We could not find where the light switch was. It will remain on all night. + There is no possibility of changing the air conditioner mode between cooling and heating. It is always on heating mode.

Super nice staff, got upgraded to a room with ocean view and it was amazing. Restaurant at the hotel is good as well.

Location is superb and just so easy to get to everything - beach, cafes, restaurants, Nusa beach bar etc. hotel is cuuute! Unobstructed sea view that was fantastic. I splurged on the bigger sized room and that was a plus for me.

Nothing - if pushed more choices and volume of food at breakfast 😂
