Ótima localização e acesso a transporte público.
Pros:

Fui para a maratona de Berlin e fiquei por 4 diárias. A cama era muito confortável, o isolamento acústico excelente mesmo estando em uma avenida, os funcionários eram ótimos e solícitos, chuveiro excelente. Muito fácil acesso a metro e tram, perto dos pontos turísticos, possível de fazer tudo a pé. Fartura de comércio e restaurantes por perto.

Cons:

O tamanho do quarto, menor que eu já fiquei, então para duas pessoas ficou bem complicado com as malas, quase não cabia tudo. A TV não estava funcionando. Internet não funcionava no celular da minha esposa, no meu era ok. Tem que reservar secador na recepção e pagar, achamos isso um incomodo.

Cons:

Habitación muy pequeña. El baño con puertas de cristal y muy pegado a la cama, se oye todo. No hay mesitas de noche y pocos enchufes.

Zimmer auf das Wesentliche reduziert, aber super zentral und recht günstig. Das Bett/die Matratze bequem, 2 Kissen tun gut.

Disappointing
Pros:

The location was good.

Cons:

I have never stayed in such a small room. I had to crawl up the bed to get into it. It’s a bed and a bathroom - no facilities at all. Tv didn’t work.

Compact, Clean and a Good Price
Pros:

Very clean, quiet, good aircon, staff friendly . Good price.

Cons:

Unfortunately there was no TV, the staff at reception said it was due to renovations.
As others have stated it is very compact, no chair or desk or anything like that, but it serves its purpose. At the price one can't complain. Suitable for one person with minimal luggage.
