Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta.

Cons:

Las habitaciones doble estándares son demasiado pequeñas, que casi no te puedes mover si son dos personas, además del espacio reducido no hay sitio para ubicar tus cosas, además que al menos en verano con días de altas temperaturas hace muchísimo calor para dormir. Intentamos dejar las ventanas abiertas una noche, pero al estar en un sitio céntrico el ruido casi peor que el calor.

Otro punto a señalar es que el personal de limpieza por las mañanas tiene prácticamente completamente ocupados todos los ascensores. Deberían tener un ascensor solo paga personal.

Schönes Konzept u. super Personal, aber die Zimmer sind für längere Aufenthalte leider viel zu klein
Pros:

Super Lage: Sehr gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel (nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß).

Tolles Personal: Sehr freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit.

Top Service: Die Rezeption ist rund um die Uhr besetzt (!) und es gibt eine Kaffeemaschine im Empfangsbereich (ein Traum für jeden, der morgens sofort einen Kaffee braucht).

Sauberkeit: Alles war blitzsauber.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind unglaublich klein – stellenweise hat man fast schon ein klaustrophobisches Gefühl! Es gab absolut keine Klimaanlage und keinen Ventilator, obwohl es angeblich „irgendeine“ Kühlung geben sollte. Wir haben im 5. Stock gewohnt und das Dachfenster ließ sich nur ca. 5 cm weit öffnen, was das Engegefühl nur noch schlimmer gemacht hat. Zudem gab es keinen Kleiderschrank im Zimmer, sodass wir 4 Tage lang nonstop aus dem Koffer leben mussten.

Pros:

The staff is very nice and helpful. The location of the hotel is two stations away from Alexanderplatz. Across from the hotel, there is a nice and good pizza restaurant. Also, a 24-hour kiosk is available 1 minute away from the hotel.

Cons:

AC only provides ventilation in summer, which isn't very helpful! The room is very small, and the bathroom is too! There is no place to keep your luggage.
