一人旅でのんびりと過ごしたく選び、のんびり過ごせた。スタッフの対応も良く、何かと対応しようと頑張ってくれる明るいスタッフ。

房間不太乾淨，還留有前一名旅客之信用卡，雖然房間兩面採光，但是房間內燈光仍稍嫌陰暗，但是這樣的價格對比服務，還是讓人覺得物有所值

ホテルは寝るだけの場所で部屋にいる時間が短い人には十分
Pros:

日本の一般的なビジネスホテル程度。部屋はリフォームされていて綺麗だった。
広さも十分。ただ壁が薄く廊下や隣の声や物音がとてもよく入ってくる。１１時過ぎの寝る頃は静かになるので寝れた。
朝食はメニューはあるが限られた物しか無くおまけ程度の朝食。
レストラン内に猫を放し飼いされているのは衛生的に抵抗がある。
ホテル近くの露天でパンに野菜、肉を挟んだ物（バインミーと言うのかな）は１００円程度で大きく、美味しかった。

Pros:

客室は綺麗に清掃されており、快適でした。ホテルの立地がメイン通りから少し中へ入ったところでしたが、メイン通りの市バスのバス停も近く、アクセスしやすかったです。長距離バスのバス停までもタクシーですぐでした。

隣の部屋の声が少し聞こえる時もありましたが、それ以外は快適でした！！

disappointed. I visited here before for my friends. but my first time. not clean toilet. i found someone smoked here. no toothbrush and no cotton. only paper cover i found.

Good value for money
Pros:

It was a very pleasant stay. The staff didn't know enough English, though. The breakfast menu was limited to a few Vietnamese items. There also seemed to be some minor renovations going on, so there was a continuous quiet knocking and banging somewhere in the hotel.

This hotel is far from tourist attractions.
Pros:

The employee can't speak good english.The breakfast is not satisfying because there aren't many options. It's 8km to the tourism center. Wasted my money for taxi. Not comfortable. THIS HOTEL IS NOT FOR TOURIST.

Pros:

Rooms are comfortable. Food is great. Staff are accommodating for instance, they opened the restaurant for us (past its closing time) since we needed a place to conduct a business meeting. Location is accessible and strategic since it is near other restaurants, business establishments and offices.

정말 아쉽다 홈호텔하고 호텔스 닷컴하고의 업무 소통 결여가...ㅠㅠ예약도 안되있고...
Pros:

호텔과 호텔스닷컴하고 업무적 소통이 원활히 이루어지지 않아 불편함.
예약도 제대로 되어있질 않아 프런트에서 황당했었고 객실유형이 사진정보랑
다르며, 결과 처리도 맘에 들지 않아 실망이 컸던 상황이며 조식도 만족스럽지 못했다.마지막날은 사발면 먹고 말았다 조식 먹을 기분이 아니어서...
결국엔 이중으로 숙박비가 계산되는 사고가 일어났다 ㅠ
이미 숙박 예약함서 지불완료했는데 방도 다운룸으로 배정되고 ...ㅠ
체크 아웃함서 비치물품 사용분 계산하면서 방값도 같이 계산해버렸다 ㅠ

Pros:

호텔 로비와 인테리어는 좋았습니다만 방 내부 인테리어는 호텔스 닷컴에 나와있는 사진과 비교해 볼때 좋지 않습니다.
조식..그냥 빵에 베이컨 소세지 오물렛 커피 등등 기본적인것 준비되어 있습니다.
물도 잘나오구요 온풍기가 있지만 따뜻하다는 느낌은 받지 못했습니다.
방이 너무 건조하고 온풍기도 따뜻하지 않아 감기 얻어왔네요.
그리고 침대 이불 마음에 들지 않습니다. 이불 안쪽 2/3정도는 새로 갈은 천으로 되어 있고 나머지 부분은 그냥 솜이 노출되어 있습니다. 불편하고 불쾌합니다. 찍찍이가 살에 스칠때마다 기분 별로고... 숨이불 닿을때도 기분 별로..
일단 감기를 얻어왔으니 이 호텔은 별로.......
