Pros:

The locations was absolutely perfect. The setting of the hotel was even better than pictured. I very much recommend.

Local delicioso bem próximo a catedral
Pros:

A localização é muito boa. Bem perto da catedral. Atendimento super atencioso, nos mostrou pelo mapa como chegar e orientou com muita atenção

Cons:

Poderia ter um frigobar e o papel de parede do banheiro precisa de uma atenção, mas nada que seja relevante (e claro, sabia que não tinha frigobar quando reservei).

Great location but very basic
Pros:

Lovely old house in the heart of the old city, beautiful garden.
The room basic but comfortable.

Cons:

No facilities except a vending machine, no kettle in the room.
Our bathroom was distinctly odd, a partly converted kitchen , loo wedged between two kitchen cupboards, double sink as hand basin, a shower cubicle and a fridge included !

Bathroom is in a kitchen and that was hard to get past.
Pros:

The 3 stars are only for the location and the historic structure and outside area because this is the weirdest place I’ve stayed due to the bathroom situation.

Cons:

This is a former apartment so the bathroom is embedded in an old kitchen but the kitchen remains. They slotted a toilet between two kitchen cabinets and you brush your teeth in the kitchen sink. With minimal work this could be a cool space but instead it’s unsettling. We named it a bitchen, which is now an ongoing joke, but from a hotel perspective you feel like the joke’s on you when you’re staying in it. We all agreed we would not recommend it to a friend, despite the location.

Beautiful old building in perfect location

Location was brilliant..
The building was a beautiful big building full of charm and character.

Cons:

The room could have been stunning if only a little bit of money was spent on it.
The stone walls were beautiful but old,tired,dated wallpaper hanging of in the bedroom and bathroom really let this place down.
Such a shame as its got huge huge potential for not much more than replacing wallpaper.
no Air conditioning.. only 1 free standing fan .
In 38degrees this waant sufficent .

Gorgeous stay, would recommend and stay again
Pros:

The photos don’t do the property justice, it’s really gorgeous. I loved everything about it. It was spacious and clean. The shared garden was really gorgeous and lovely to sit in

I liked everything personally but if you have limited mobility be aware there are a lot of steps and hills around

Excellent accommodation find right in the heart of the historic town
Pros:

Style of the premises - communal outside seating available. Suite with two basic but clean rooms and a bathroom, all in keeping with the style of the old town. Lovely authentic communal areas dotted around the premises. Situated right next to the Cathedral and all the old town tourist attractions. Very close to places to eat. Parking free (although a walk away). It is worth noting the fact that this is a pedetrianised area and unauthorised cars are not allowed, even to drop off bags - so its a walk to get there (took us about 15 minutes from the main car park with cases) - although it was well worth it when we got there!

Cons:

Check in was a little up hill walk away from the premises - which with a case was a bit much after a walk from the car park already to get there. However - it was not too far, and knowing this in advance helped.
A map of where to park the car would have been helpful, and how far this was to walk to the premises would have been good, as we tried to do this in the dark first time and I'm not sure we went the most direct route
