Very good value w/ spacious enuf rooms w/ 2 queen beds, fridge, microwave & free basic breakfast
Pros:

My room looked like it was slightly renovated. The floors were likely new as I noticed boxes of floor planks down the hallway.

The room was spacious w/ 2 queen beds. It had a mini fridge w/ the top space as a freezer, a microwave, & coffee pot w/ basic coffee & plastic cups. I didn't have the need for them but were nice to have just in case.

The tv had many channels & the wifi was ok, although did drop to low a couple of times so decided to use my own hotspot. My room was pretty close to the main lobby so I guess the wifi could vary significantly depending on the room location.

My sink though drained slowly as well as the toilet bowl at times. The shower pressure was fine though & plenty warm. There was a hair dryer available in the bathroom.

The bed was comfortable as I slept well.

The breakfast consisted of a couple of different cereals & various bagels (everything, cinnamon raison) english muffins & I think perhaps wheat bread? There was coffee & hot water for I assume tea & an apple & orange juice dispenser.

It was quite good value relative to other options in the 20 minute vicinity of Spooky Nook Sports complex during the MLK Kickoff volleyball tournament. There were maybe 5 or 6 cars in the lot so plenty of accommodations available for this time of year. Free cancellation up to 48 hours before.

The front desk folks were friendly & accommodated a slightly early check-in.

Cons:

The slow drain of bathroom sink.

Nice and clean, comfortable bed, nice location.
Pros:

The location was excellent. My only complaint was the breakfast. There were no gluten-free options and the fruit was all finished by the time I got downstairs.

East took is a hidden jem!
Pros:

The item we liked most was the fact there were 3 double beta in the room. It was affordable, staff were friendly. Also close to many different restaurants and other types of stires.

Cons:

The water pressure in the shower could have a but more strong!

It was a good location it was clean the room was big . The guy at the front desk was nice and helpful I would stay again bed was comfortable
